Ch. 154 Veronica ii

-Kara-

She hurries over to the door where I felt her stop check back with me

After a couple of seconds she snaps back and quickly slams the door shut 

"Tch*" I smack my lips as I set a hand over my chest

"Cana?" I hear Erza just outside

"What?! No, it's not what it looks like!" Cana shouts

I get changed into my Gi before sneaking out.

"Hmm.." I look around "guess she went on-"

"RAHHRR!" Cana jumps out from the bushes

"Dammit" I sigh

"Hehe*" she giggles "what? Happy to see me?"she marches forth

"No, not really" I sigh

"This is awfully funny, isn't it? You're short, just like me!" She giggles

"Still far taller than you."

"Mhmm." She giggles

"I am!" I growl. "This isn't My normal state, so if you breathe a word to anyone about this I'll-."

"You bet! Your secret is safe with me." She winks

We stow away into a barrel large enough to hold the two of us until we were far out at sea and snuck out come nightfall

"We're almost there." Cana yawns as she stretches her arms far above her head, nearly slipping her tits out.

She lays on her belly and arches her back for a deep stretch

I shut My eyes before she'd catch Me staring.

Once we finally arrived we managed to pass on as siblings and enter the small kingdom of Veronica

"Wow. It's a festival!"

"Course it is. They're going to sacrifice the girl."

"What?! We have to stop them!" She jumps

"Fluffy panda!" She instantaneously forgets why we're here in the first place and hurries to win the panda from the carnival game

I stood back and stared at her ass, which I had a better view of being this short.

I was also thinking, wondering how different the two of us were.

Such had Me wondering if it was the reason for catching Me off guard. Like something as small and pathetic as an insect that I might not see coming

So killing her may be an unneseacety as of yet. With her obsession over Me I doubt she'd do anything to break My trust.

After she finished I set My hand on her back and lead her around, taking mental notes of the amount of guards down every street

I had My eyes shut, trying to concentrate on the conversation between the two kingsmen on the other side of the street until Cana tapped My shoulder

"What?" I roll My eyes

"Look what I got." She spreads her deck of cards in My face

There was a yellow sundress. School uniform. Bunny corset with some fishnet leggings. A white Bikini outlined with gold much like the Egyptian type of wear of Othrys. 

Another white sundress, some bras, and jeans

"Whatever." 

"Hmm." She frowns

We got a hotel room where I hopped into the shower right after Cana

I stepped out of the shower in My aged 6'3 state

I was drying My hair as I checked Cana out.

She was wearing a thin silk robe that did very little to hide her thick thighs as she cuddled with that panda bear

"Tch." I grumble

If it weren't for My pride I'd be nailing her where she lays.

Both in character and physical attributes. Besides her beauty being nearly on par with My own we couldn't be any more different

I grab her ankle. I yank her out and toss her aside before jumping in bed

"What the heck?!" She shouts

"You're in My bed."

"That's not fair! I'm a lady, I should get the bed!"

"Hardly so." I sigh

"What?!" She growls

"Wake Me up and I'll fuck you."

"Y-you wh-what?"

"I'll kill you. So shut up already."

"Oh man." She grumbles

"It isn't fair! You can't go to sleep yet! We're two for one!"

"What the hell are you talking about?" I sit up

"Y-Y-You…" she trembles

"What is it?"

"You saw Me naked twice, that means I get to see you naked twice!" She belly flops onto My bed and hides her burning face in the blanket

"Ah… yes I see. Is that the first thing you thought the moment you found that Adam and I were a single being?"

"Wh-what? N-no!" She shakes her head

"Well I'm topless now. I saw just how much you drooled all over Me coming out of the shower so that makes us even

Plus this morning when you barged into My room so we're actually two for three. You Owe Me." I shrug

"No way! That doesn't count!" She sits up

"Boys can walk around topless. It isn't the same for a girl so y-you also have to-."

"Also have to what?"

"Ohh. Just forget it!" She pouts

Shes so-

Before I could finish My last thought I pull the sheet over us

"Wh-wha-." She blushes just as a knife digs into My shoulder 

I roll us off the bed and toss the blanket at the assassin in the corner.

I summon a kunai into My hand as we stumble to the balcony and I deflect every knife he sent for My head

Cana jumps straight out and tosses one of her cards at the balcony as I sent a kunai with a paper bomb attached right behind it

Canas card blocks the balcony with a brick wall which My kunai got lodged into, so just as the assassin broke through the wall the bomb exploded right in his face

I grab Canas robe so she won't break her face on the concrete as I glide onto the ground

"Yahoo!" Cana jumps as I glare up at the shadows on the roof. "We make an awesome team, don't you think?" She gives Me a big thumbs up

…

"Nice tits." I smile

"Kya?!" She shrieks after realizing her robe dropped to her ankles

After checking back with the shadows they were gone.

"This counts as five! You owe Me three peaks!" She cries as I head down the alleyway and onto the street

After tearing the knife out of My back and cauterizing the wound with a finger, I summon Myself a Gi to wear out on the street

Cana jumps to My side in a white sundress and we walk the streets and head straight for the castle until morning

"There it is." Cana sips on her milkshake as we watch the royal guards from above

"Fifteen. Too bad they're a bunch of chumps." I sigh

"You want some?" Cana waves her shake in My face

I slap the shake aside with My tail, completely disregarding what she said

"Kah?!" Her jaw drops as I pop My knuckles

"Hmh. Can't be helped." I smile before jumping over the ledge

I summon three kunai into each hand and I toss them straight for the six guards posted below us

I threw the knives with such force that they tore straight through their chests like bullets and burry into the ground

"Careful, don't kill them!" Cana shouts after landing right beside Me.

"They're sleeping."

She follows Me into the castle where her little stomping got her caught right off the bat.

I let them have her so she'd find her friend in the dungeon while I searched for this Phoenix Stone in the upper levels

I was about to open the door to the master bedroom only for it to explode the moment My hand touched the handle

I brace Myself as the sharpnel passes straight through Me after using the kamui technique

"Hahaha. You're alive. The boss did say to be wary of you." He reloads the canon under his arm

"You know, if that nuisance hadn't put that wall I would've blown his face to shit."

"Underestimating us will be the last thing you do!" He cocks his cannon and fires

I slide under the first one and spring Myself off the ground to dodge the next

I gravitate onto the ceiling and I punch his third with a kiai just strong enough to stop it in its tracks

My arm explodes from the amount of strain it took concentrating so much energy into the kiai

I do quick little frontflip to build momentum just before I slam My heel onto the cannonball and I send it flying right back at him

He catches it as I swiftly slide between his legs and slam My elbow into his back

After dropping the bullet and jerking his body around in a desperate attempt to punch Me, I bob under his elbow and dig My arm straight through his chest

"Gh." He chokes

"Hmh." I smile

"B-b-but wh-why k-kill m-me?" He gurgles after dropping on his knees

"Because… why not?"

He tears up before the life escapes his eyes.

I stomp on his chest and tear his heart out before heading to the following floor

"Mgh-mm." I pound My chest after choking on the last bit of the heart

I then jump through the ceiling onto the next floor and then head into a room and jump through that ceiling into the royal bedroom where the Duke Cream guy was laid out on the ground

The guy that ambushed us last night was on the balcony putting the stone together above his head

I stand back, more curious to see what the big fuss these stone were supposed to be than the safety of the people below

A black cloud darkens the city before what sounds like a dinosaur roars and sends buildings flying all around

"The power of the Phoenix…" He very slowly and dramatically turns around "is forever mine."

Well shit. I smile

He pulls the stone into his necklace

I lunge at him and tackle him straight onto the dragon creatures wing just as it took the top half of the castle out with a swing

We kick and wrestle before finding our balance and exchanging a few more blows

I shadow his every move for as long as I could keep up before digging My elbow into his gut and My fist across his face 

I jump and slam My knee into his face 

He stumbles after I backflip off his chest and blast him with a fireball before I blitz around him 

I was a hairs off of smashing My fist into his side before he slammed his elbow across My face

My neck would have easily snapped had I not spun into the same direction

"Hmh." I smile

Yes, just as I thought

This won't do

I get into a sprinting stance. I dig My claws into the phoenix's wing

I shut My eyes and concentrate on the flow of My energy

I open My eyes

"Kaioken."

I blitz into his face and dig My fist into his gut

I spin around him and slam My elbow onto his forehead right after he spun around to confront Me

"Gah!" He stumbles back just before I smash My knee into his arm and sent him crashing down the wing

I follow behind until he finds his balance. I pull My arm back, ready to finally rearrange his face. 

"Ghk." I choke after completely freezing in place

I see.

Telekinesis. That explains how he managed to get Me with that kunai.

"You're fast. Truly, I would have taken that girl out had you not so honorably saved her."

"I have no idea what you're talking about. I protect what is mine and mine alone." I smile

"If you say so." He drags Me in and digs his fist into My gut before releasing Me and I'm sent crashing and flying off to the edge of the beast

But before I'd fall completely someone caught My wrist

"Laxus." I grumble
