Bad Luck

Delilah gets a little clue about the location of her father and brother. She didn't sleep all night and because there was only one day left of the deadline. Delilah must track after her brother, who was in a bar.

"Oliver!" Delilah called to her older brother, who was hugging a sexy woman. Oliver's eyes widened when he saw Delilah. Delilah rushed into the bar and was about to grab Oliver's hand. But Oliver was quicker to stand and dodge.

"What are you doing here!" rebuked Oliver by pointing at Delilah.

"Oliver, I beg you to pay Mr. J's money that you took from the casino!" Delilah replied with a grimace like she was about to cry.

"What do you mean? I didn't take anything from him!" the woman who was with Oliver then put her arm around him and looked at Delilah with a smug stare.

"Who is she, honey?" she asked. Oliver turned to his lover and tilted his head.

"Oh, she's my sister!" Oliver answered. Delilah was still trying to beg Oliver to give it all back. But Oliver doesn't seem to care.

"Oliver, I beg you…."

"I have nothing to do with the person you're talking about, Delilah!"

"But he chased you all the way home. He asked for his money back!"

"I didn't steal or take from anyone. Don't make fun of me!" Oliver argued even more fiercely. Delilah felt like she was about to cry because of Oliver's inexplicable manner.

"Oliver, he's after me. If you and Dad don't return the money, then he will kill me. Please, Oliver, pay the money back!" Delilah said while still pleading. But Oliver instead snorted with a sinister smirk.

"Why should I return? Weren't you the one who made a bargain with him? Huh, so funny, hahaha!" Oliver replied, even mocking her back. The woman who was with Oliver also chuckled mockingly at Delilah.

"Stop dreaming, Delilah. You better get out of here. And stop bugging me!" added Oliver curtly. Delilah had shed tears of frustration. She still addressed Oliver and tried to plead with her brother again.

"Oliver, please, I beg of you…."

"Go, Delilah, you ugly rat!" Oliver pushed Delilah until she fell onto a table. Delilah tried to keep up and was about to follow Oliver, who left while holding his woman. Oliver went to his sister again, and Delilah fell back, this time to the floor.

"Go!" Delilah didn't give up and continued to plead by seizing Oliver's leg.

"Help me, Oliver!" but an annoyed Oliver kicked Delilah until she let go of the grip on his leg. Some guests of the bar then noticed Delilah, but no one helped her. After Oliver left and Delilah looked at the guests at the bar, Delilah could only look down, and the bar returned to normal. No one cared that they were busy with their own business, except for one person who was James's subordinate who was recording the incident on his phone.

At that moment, the video about Delilah chasing her brother to a bar reached James' phone. After returning from Hong Kong, James is now in his car to watch when Delilah's brother kicks her out coldly. James sighed and handed the phone to Earth, who was sitting next to him.

"Keep following her and order another guard to follow that guy named Oliver. I'm sure he and his father are hiding together," said James giving his orders.

"Yes, sir!" answered Earth and then called to give orders to its members.

James went about his activities as usual. He had to oversee the purchase of weapons from one of his factories. And he was busy enough to forget about Delilah while waiting for her deadline to pay off the debt.

Delilah was desperately and had been crying a lot. She didn't know where else to look for her brother and her father. Sometimes, Delilah kept wondering about the reason her father would do such a thing to him. What's wrong with her life? She never got the proper way of life. Now she had to pay off a debt that didn't belong to her, and she only had a few hours left.
