Crazy Debt

Delilah sat on the side of the road, thinking about her fate. Did she have to die now just for money? Her stomach was already growling and asking to be filled with food. But Delilah couldn't eat at all. She wouldn't be able to chew food in this state.

"What should I do?" Delilah asked herself. She remembered what Stefano had said about a loan shark named Felipe who could help lend her money. Delilah was desperate now. She had no option to take in such a time.

"There's no harm in trying," Delilah mumbled. She took out her phone and called Stefano. Delilah finally agreed to Stefano's proposal to use a third party to pay off a third of the debt.

Stefano finally agreed to meet and take the girl with him. From the beginning, Stefano warned Delilah that she should agree to all the conditions that Felipe would give later to the loan.

"How much do you want to ask for?" Stefano asked Delilah.

"Does Mr. Felipe want to lend me 100 thousand Euros?" Delilah asked back with a grimace on her face. Stefano chuckled sarcastically.

"He's a bank! The bank doesn't want to give you that big of a loan. No matter how much he gave, take it! Don't forget, give me a 100 Euro commission on that money! I got you there." Stefano spoke while walking with Delilah, who could only look down in resignation.

Delilah was forced to bring the certificate of ownership of the flower shop, which she currently maintains as collateral. When she arrived at the moneylender's house, several men played poker cards, and a middle-aged man with a big belly approached them.

"Mr. Felipe, someone wants to meet and ask for your help!" Stefano said and grinning. Felipe was slightly shorter than Delilah. He looked her over from top to toe. And his brows furrowed.

"I thought you brought a beautiful girl before me. What is this!" Felipe rebuked Stefano. Stefano scratched his head while Delilah was dumbfounded, not knowing anything.

"It's not like that. That's another matter, Mr. Felipe. It's a different thing. She's a friend of mine who wants to borrow money from you!" Stefano answered Felipe. Felipe opened his mouth and nodded in understanding.

"Oh, Do you want to borrow some money?" Delilah nodded quickly innocently. She fixed her glasses and continued to grip the strap of the bag she put over her shoulder.

"How much do you want?" Felipe asked by lifting his chin. Delilah glanced briefly at Stefano before answering.

"H-Hundred thousand Euros, sir."

"WHAT!!!" shrieked Felipe spontaneously. Delilah jolted away in shock.

"Are you crazy!" remained Felipe on the same high note. Stefano almost smacked Delilah because of her debt request.

"I-I…"

"What are you going to do with that kind of money? Buy a car? Home?" Felipe was still curious and annoyed. He had never seen 100 thousand euros in his life.

"I want to pay off my debt," Delilah replied in a minor tone. Felipe frowned then turned to Stefano.

"Is she serious?" Felipe stupidly pointed by asking Stefano. Stefano had to nod. Felipe's mouth opened spontaneously.

"How can a girl like you owe up to 100 thousand Euros? Do you know how much money that is?" Delilah lowered her head slightly and twisted the straps of her bag.

"That's the price of my two cars. And I have to lend you that much money?" Delilah was still silent and did not dare to look.

"Tell me, little girl. How are you going to pay me that much money!" Delilah then opened her bag and took out a store ownership document.

"I want to put this." Delilah gave the document to Felipe. Felipe opened it and read it. As time went on, his brow furrowed.

"The price of this shop is not more than 30 thousand euros or even less," replied Felipe, waving the document in Delilah's face.

"I don't have 100 thousand!"

"Then what about 50 thousand?" said Delilah was trying to bargain. Felipe was getting more annoyed. He came forward and glared at Delilah.

Delilah tilted her head back and swallowed hard. Felipe looked at her as if he was going to eat her alive.

"30 thousand, and the interest is 30 percent!" Delilah's eyes widened.

"W-what!" Felipe nodded.

"No more nagging!" continued Felipe again. Delilah shrugged her shoulders in disappointment. When added to the debt, the total is almost 40 thousand Euros. Delilah was now trapped in more debt that made her confused.

"How about it?"

Meanwhile, Mark and his son Oliver's hideout were found by Earth with little effort. As soon as Mark came home, he was pulled by Earth and given a punch to his stomach.

"Ahhh!" Mark promptly collapsed, holding his stomach. His son Oliver also had the same thing and was forcefully pulled inside.
