Wow her eyes are more beautiful close up. She just looks so elegant she's a true beauty. No one can compare.
Alana's mother comes around,"so are you two love birds having fun talking to each other?" she said with a sweet smile. Now I know where alana gets her beauty from, her mother is gorgeous she looks like a barbie doll. I could see Alana starting to turn red in embarrassment and so did I.
"Aw you two would look so cute together." she teased
I could see from the corner of my eye that Alana's father was not happy about this. That just made matters worse. I felt even more embarrassed.
"Mom, stop trying to get me with every boy we meet on a business dinner." she said, a little annoyed.
"What? At your age I had all the boys wrapped around my finger, well except for your father that is why I had to have him. But anyways my daughter should at least have a boyfriend by now with how pretty you are thanks to me obviously."
I could tell that alana's mom was a little self centered at times but she also did care about her daughter.
Alana's mother turned her attention to me,"So are you interested in my daughter?"
"I uh... well I mean...she's beautiful but..." I could feel everyone staring at the table staring at me. I just completely lost all sense of reasoning.
"She's smart!"I said out loud without thinking.
Fuck! Im a complete fuckin idiot."ShE's SmArT" OH MY GOD! Out of all the things I could've said sHe'S sMArT god I'm an idiot.
Alana started to crack up at this point. She was laughing and so was her mother. My ears went down a little.
"You're cute," her mother said.
"I wouldn't mind a young man like you dating my daughter.'' She gave me a sincere smile and walked back to her seat.
A long while later the dinner was over. Alana and I talked for the majority of the dinner and found a lot of things we have in common. We both love to sing. I swear I am falling in love with her more and more. It was time to say our goodbyes and she gave me a kiss on the cheek and hugged me goodbye. I was so happy that my soul left my body and went to heaven. I will never forget this night and probably never wash my cheek again.
