Why, cranky?" Daelynn asks Morkai. "You want me to keep you company instead? Or do you want to keep him company? Maybe we can both do it!" she exclaims in a far-too-lively tone. Straasa's lips thin in frustration.

"It's alright. I'm fine," you say, trying to forestall any further discussion. "I don't need anyone with me. I'll just sleep a bit and be right as rain in the morning."

Straasa still looks kind of worried, but he takes a step back from you. "If you're sure," he says hesitantly.

You nod your head firmly.

"We'll see you in the morning then," he says and then ushers the rest of the gang out.
