Meeting. (1)

A/N: Rewrite is done, fellas. Just had to change the story and some fights up. Re-read them if you want. If you don't, then the new powers are Gravity Manipulation, God Consumption, and the power of Kaido's devil fruit. By the way, I decided to make a compromise about Yun Che's harem. Pick two girls and I'll choose them out of his harem, but no more. Please, no one troll me by saying Xia Qingyue lol.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dawn arrived that day and the seven major sects of New Moon City were bustling. Today was the day of the meeting at New Moon Profound Palace. The sects were all looking forward to this as this was a chance for them to flaunt the strengths of their younger generation.

Well, all of them expect New Moon Profound Palace themselves. The other sects just use this as a chance to suppress them because their younger generation couldn't compare to them.

The strong were respected while the weak could only be content with scraps. As backward as it was, it was the basic law of the cultivation world no matter where one was.

Currently, in a luxurious courtyard of the Di Clan, Di Tian could be seen standing there shirtless and sweaty while holding a broken sword in his hands with a dejected expression on his face.

"Another one of my swords broke...sigh, my control over gravity is lacking. This is the 6th one..."

Di Tian shook his head just threw the remains of the sword into his spatial ring.

"Forget it, I'm better with my fists anyway."

Di Tian quickly flashed back into his house by decreasing the gravity on himself and started preparing for the meeting. He didn't want to miss this chance to fight against the younger generation of the other sects at all.

It was exciting.

Plus, he wanted to clear his mind after the events of the past few days.

About an hour later, Di Tian was finally done cleaning himself up and he exited his room with a small smile on his face. Today, he wore a black robe with crimson flames engraved on its edges and the burning heaven clan's sigil on the back.

His hair flowed lightly on his face and his robes fluttered without the wind even touching them, giving him an ethereal appearance. His eyes had a slight purple tinge to them and his slightly tanned skin shone especially well today. If a young miss of a prestigious family was to lay eyes on his handsome appearance right now, she would be hard-pressed to keep herself calm.

As he looked around his courtyard and noticed that no one was there, he was surprised. The sixth elder was supposed to be here to receive him already. When he closed his eyes and sensed the number of gravitational fields in the clan, a bad feeling suddenly crept over him. [A/N: Everyone and everything has a gravitational field and he can differentiate between them so that's how he senses people, just in case anyone was confused.]

Di Tian flashed out of his courtyard and quickly found a disciple of the Di Clan who was sitting cross-legged training in the clan's profound art. With every breath he took, the sand in the training grounds would be pulled in by a small vortex, and every time he exhaled, it was pushed out.

It was clear that this disciple's status wasn't low in the clan.

Di Tian arrived next to him with a flash and put his hand on his shoulder, distracting him from his cultivation.

Anger immediately appeared on his face as he turned around and shouted, "Who the hell distracted me from-"

When Di Tian's figure registered itself in his mind, he immediately swallowed the rest of his words. The young man cupped his fists and bowed deeply, saying firmly, "Young Master Di, I apologize for shouting. How may this lowly one be of service?"

Di Tian smiled as he shook his head and responded, "No reason to apologize brother. I apologize instead, it's my fault. I only distracted you because the situation is a bit urgent. Do you know if the sixth elder came by earlier?"

The young man felt at ease when he heard Di Tian's words. He would've been punished severely if he had shouted at anyone else who had a similar position to Di Tian.

The young man's eyebrows scrunched up as he thought about Di Tian's question.

Sixth elder...

Sixth elder...

"Oh! The sixth elder of the Burning Heaven Clan! I saw him standing in front of your courtyard earlier with about ten disciples. He reluctantly left after the disciples started to complain. That was about hmm...an hour ago?"

Di Tian was shocked when he heard this. He rubbed his temples and tapped the young man on the shoulder as he said, "Thank you, brother. Dammit! How didn't I hear them?"

Just as the young man was about to respond, Di Tian disappeared in a purple flash, causing the surrounding sand to heavily disperse.

When the young man caught himself, he thought in reverence, 'Our young master is so strong...I need to get back to training so I can catch up!'

Di Tian was currently flying in the air towards the New Moon Profound Palace with a purple trail of profound energy behind him. If any cultivator saw him right now, their jaws would be dragging on the ground.

How could a cultivator at the Nascent Profound Realm fly?

That was impossible to achieve before the Sky Profound Realm. 'Sky' was in the name!

Although he wasn't flying high nor fast, he was still flying. The advantage flight provided at the lower realms was humongous.

A few minutes later, Di Tian arrived over the New Moon Profound Palace and closed his eyes, sensing the gravitational fields in the sect.

At the same time, some guards saw him flying over the sect. They were immediately about to faint from shock at the sight of a Sky Profound Realm cultivator until they felt his aura which was Nascent Profound Realm.

Feeling as if they had been played, one of them shouted indignantly, "Who dares to fly over our New Moon Profound Palace?! Get down here immediately!"

Di Tian raised an eyebrow and took out an invitation from his spatial ring, showing the guards.

"Burning Heaven Clan, Di Tian. I'm here for the palace chief's banquet and the meeting."

All the indignation in the guards vanished immediately when they heard his identity. The same one who spoke up earlier stepped forward and stuttered, "I-i apologize Young Master Di, please, enjoy yourself."

How could they dare to offend Di Tian after they heard what happened to the overbearing Murong Clan a few days ago?

"No problem."

Di Tian disappeared in a flash and arrived at the entrance to the main hall of the New Moon Profound Palace. As soon as he arrived, everyone took notice. Especially because he was unfashionably late.

Scrutinizing and angry gazes immediately locked on upon his body. The powerful auras from all the cultivators in the room focused on one person would make any normal cultivator fall to his knees from the pressure.

But, Di Tian wasn't a normal cultivator.

He took a deep breath and walked forward for a few paces before looking at Qin Wuyou, the Palace Chief of the sect.

"I apologize for being late, Palace Chief Qin. Congratulations on your new post!"

Qin Wuyou smiled as he responded, "No problem, young man. This one has never heard of a young man with a bearing such as yours before and you seem to be from the Burning Heaven Clan? Can you introduce yourself?"

Di Tian raised his eyebrows in realization as he humbly said, "My name is Di Tian, the young master of the Di Clan."

A stifling aura suddenly enshrouded the room as soon as they heard his name. Many eyes couldn't help but glance at the empty seats which were supposed to belong to the Murong Clan. Then they glanced back at him.

This was the young master who was at the center of that situation...

Qin Wuyou seemed unfazed by Di Tian's identity as he laughed, "Hahaha! So it's young master Di, good, good! Please, take a seat, the battles must begin."

Just as Di Tian nodded, an arrogant voice suddenly sounded out.

"Wait."

Everyone turned to see who spoke and they were surprised to see that it was none other than the young master of the Xiao Clan, Xiao Luocheng!

Di Tian glanced indifferently at him and questioned, "What? Can I help you?"

Xiao Luocheng chuckled darkly as he cupped his fists and looked at the middle of the hall.

"Brother Di, since you're already in the middle, why don't you start the entertainment? Palace Chief Qin just agreed to let the disciples of our sects exchange some pointers. Give him some face and lead the charge for the mighty Burning Heaven Clan."

Hearing those words, even a fool could guess what Xiao Luocheng was up to.

But Di Tian didn't mind. The more battles, the better.

Contrary to what Xiao Luocheng expected, Di Tian shrugged his shoulders and sauntered into the middle of the hall.

He then turned around and looked at each sect with a gentle smile before pointing to a random sect, which happened to be the Cloudy Sun Sect, one of the seven major sects.

"Sure, but let's make this a bit interesting. All of you, come at me together."
