Pratical classes (part 01)

"For now it's just that, you're excused for now, we'll meet again tomorrow" Concluded teacher Breno ending classes that morning.

It had been a week since the beginning of classes and every morning we had theoretical classes, with practical classes taking place in the afternoon every two days and we had only one day off per week.

That morning we had literature class, we analyzed and discussed various works written not only by the inhabitants of Aran, but also from other realms.

The Academy greatly appreciated the respect between different cultures and gave students many opportunities to learn and learn about the most diverse subjects.

"Elora!" I heard a voice beside me that snapped me out of my reverie, turned around and met my neighbor's gray eyes.

"Yea?" I replied lazily.

"Did you bring your lunch or are you going to buy it at the cafeteria? If you're going shopping do you want to go together?" Asked Brayan

"Oh sure! Can I get my Arthur and the others to come with us?"

"Sure!"

I packed my things and got up unhurriedly.

As Brayan was second in the external exam, he would sit beside me and sometimes we would talk a little, to be more exact he was the one who always started our conversations.

Calling Arthur and the others, we headed to the cafeteria to buy lunch and chat while we waited for afternoon classes.

* * *

The afternoon soon came, that day we would have target practice class, something I was an expert on.

The teacher who would teach this class was called Lana, she was a tall, slender woman with long red hair and wore a comfortable and flexible leather outfit, typical clothing worn by archers.

She guided us in posture, how to hold and draw the bow, and when to draw the arrow when aiming.

Initially she had us test our skills individually with a target about 15 meters away.

"Good! Good! Only your posture is a little stooped, keep your back straight!"

"No, no! Your arms are at the wrong angle, who do you think wants to hit that way!"

"Put more strength into that arm, your arrow won't hit the target like this!"

"Very good, you just need to practice aiming more!"

At all times, her voice could be heard correcting or praising the students.

Little by little, we were all being evaluated, Artur and Luan received some scolding as they had never practiced this modality before, Merida did relatively well, she just needed to improve her aim and Brayan, well... there was nothing to complain about of him, I just found his movements a bit stiff that were caused by little practice.

"Elora Aires, your turn!" I heard my name and got up slowly and walked towards the center of the training ground.

Well... it was time for me to show my abilities, with a slight smile on my face, I started my performance.
