Coercion

Elora's point of view:

Going back to my room, I got ready for bed.

The last few days have been busy and there have been many meetings and discussions about our next steps.

Finishing a shower and lying on the bed, I felt my eyes grow heavy as my eyes slowly closed, until I finally fell into a deep sleep.

Opening my eyes slowly, I saw that the scenery had changed and that everything around me was dark and I didn't know where I was, I was sure just a few seconds ago I was in my room.

I rubbed my eyes trying to be sure what was going on and mine after several minutes I was still there, stunned, watching my surroundings warily.

"What the hell is happening!?" I exclaimed in alarm.

There was no skyline where I was, it was just darkness and I could only see about five feet around me.

Making a decision inwardly, I took courage and took the first step forward, there was nothing but still I stepped on something.

It was a strange sensation, as if we were floating in the air without any support.

I continued to walk aimlessly but even though I walked straight for hours, the scenery hadn't changed.

That vision of nothing but darkness slowly crept into my senses and a feeling of despair began to well up inside me.

I felt like a grain of sand in the middle of the desert, insignificant, I felt powerless in relation to all that darkness.

*Deep breath*

Stopping, I took a deep breath to calm myself down for a few minutes.

Controlling my breathing and calming the turbulent emotions inside me, I let out a breath as I muttered. "If it continues like this, I'll end up going crazy"

I smile helplessly and continue walking aimlessly.

A few more hours had passed and everything was still the same.

At this point I started to wonder if there really was something somewhere or if that place was just nothing.

As various assumptions began to pop into my mind, I suddenly felt a terrifying coercion in the air.

It felt like the air had solidified and even breathing was becoming difficult, I felt like a fish out of water, which was not pleasant.

With a great effort, I turned slowly towards that coercive force and soon found the source
