Chains

Sometimes words are heavy like mountains; words cut deeper than the sharpest of blades. When you let words grip onto you, they pull you down like chains. Once a chain wraps around you, it's easier for another to latch on when another is already holding you down. The chains keep you in one place. When chains hold you down don't wish they would loosen, lose them. Let them go, you can not run with these heaps of metal holding you down. That's all they are nothing but chunks of metal. Why should you let them bother you my friend.
