Azathoth

As the Bone Dragon stirred, creating chaos everywhere, our MC lay asleep. This was due to his brain overworking itself, trying to compute too much information at once. His soul however, was in the presence of something incomprehensible.

[MC POV]

Staring at this thingamajig which was in my dream made my head hurt. It was like looking at nothing and finding everything looking back at you.

"Sooo, you aren't trying to contact me about my car's extended warranty by any chance?"

The Creature replied, "You don't have a car, brokie."

I could practically hear Steven She screaming "Emotional Damage!".

"I- I see. So what are you?", was my magnificently articulate response.

"Azathoth", replied the creature. It's voice continued to chip at my mind. Did I mention that it's voice sounds like every age, gender and furniture piece being mixed in a blender?

"Like from Lovecraft?", I asked. Gotta be clear to avoid misunderstandings. I'm looking at you Multiple anime MC's.

"Noooooo, from Looney Tunes." was it's sarcastic reply.

"I understand." I understood nothing.

"What happened to me?", was my next question.

"Well, you fell through a tear in the Omniverse, a tear made by me." It replied calmly.

"I see." I did not see.

"Why did you do that?" This feels like talking to a robot. In response, I too shall talk like a robot.

"Because I felt like it." Replied Azathoth.

"What happened to me specifically?", I asked.

"My fragment has attached to your existence. Now you shall travel through the Omniverse, gaining strength.", it replied.

"By the way, this is a pre-recorded message, so please do not ask anything other than what I have seen with Omniscience (Yes, you can do that because you are now a part of me.)", said Azathoth.

"I can do tha- Oh." Well this was unexpected.

"Why do you want ME to do this?", I was unsure as to why the fragment attached itself to me.

"It was randomised."

What did I even expect.

"Now, it is time for you to wake up. The overgrown lizard has noticed you."

"What overgrown lizard?", I asked.

It did not reply.

"What lizard?" "..." "Azathoth, what liza-"

I awoke mid sentence.

[Undead Calamity POV]

'Ah, to feel the sun on my bones once again. This fresh air going through my ribs. The Gravity trying to pull me down. The smell of the human on my back. The tuli- Human?' I turned my neck 180° to gaze at the recently awoken human.

"Hello there.", it mumbled.

I immediately prepared an attack strong enough to erase this vile being from this world.

As Natural Aura gathered together to form a Sero (hey blame Bleach for being too iconic), the human spoke again.

"Whoa, whoa calm down. Don't you wanna know what I have to offer?", he asked.

"No." I spoke in my majestic voice.

The human froze. He seemed to be shaking from fear. I had intentionally slowed down my Sero for this, after all.

"Pfft.", he laughed.

"What's so funny?", I asked in my regal voice.

"What's wrong with your voice? You sound like Mickey on steroids!"

"I know not who this Mickey is, but thou shall die for daring to laugh in my presence." I was seething.

"Sure, sure. By the way, I'm assuming you don't want to know about how to kill the "Gods"?"

"WHAT?" THE DUNG BEETLE SHIT IS THIS HUMAN SPEWING?!?! AND HOW HAS HE NOT BEEN SMITED YET!?

"It's very simple really.", continued the human. "You just need to-"

"SHUSH, YOU'LL INCUR THEIR WRATH ON BOTH OF US!" The Gods were an inviolable part of this world. They were absolute.

"Not really. They can't hear me. I'll tell you how to do it too, if you agree to a formal contract between us.", spoke the human.

"...", this human might be telling the truth. He hasn't been smited, even after such blasphemy.

"I agree to whatever contract you come up with, as long as it benefits me." I spoke again. There was no doubt this human was weak, his Aura was barely equivalent to a normal person. A contract woth him would cost me nothing, even if I break it.

After all, strength is ultimate.

"Really? That was easy." Said the human.

"Here's the contract".

He materialized a piece of paper from nowhere??

I, despite not knowing the human language, could understand what this said.

"Wha-" and just like that the Dragon was devoured by the young man who was now free falling.

"WHAT IS THIS TRICKERY?!?", I was enraged. How had this mere human captured me? And where am I?

I then felt something, something unnatural yet natural. Divine yet infernal. I saw the Creator.

And the soul of the Bone Dragon, who just wanted a family, was erased from existence.

[MC POV]

What a good sport. In case you didn't understand what happened, let me recap.

I woke up, and a new set of information had somehow wormed its way into my mind. About my ability.

'Azathoth, if you don't mind explaining, what is this?', I asked my only source of information.

{It's your ability.} answered Azathoth.

'I meant what, how and why is this here?'

{This is the ability found to be most suitable for you. I engraved it into you.}

'That sounds painful', I do not fancy being engraved on.

{The ability to make and enforce contracts is one worth taking the pain for.}

{Here is the set of rules related to it-

1- A contracted party must agree of their own free will to the contract.

2- The contracted person is allowed to view the contents of the contract (only if they ask though).

3- Contracts must have some semblance of balance. Ex- One cannot acquire an ordinary hairpin as payment to kill Go*u.

4- Rule 1 may be negated due to extreme existence and power level difference between contractor and contracted party.

5A- Inanimate objects may be contracted without consent and are free from Rule 3 stipulations, unless under another's authority. Ex- You can contract regular air/wind but not a wind slash that is being consciously controlled.

5B- All energy counts as inanimate unless proved otherwise.}

'Oh, wow.', This was amazing.

{Wow, indeed}

'Now to capitalize on this situation.' My mind races through different scenarios for what I was about to do.

I then proceeded to make a sales pitch to the dead overgrown lizard.

The contract I made was as follows-

1- Contracted Party, recieves: Knowledge of God Killing/Concept Erasure.

2- Contractor recieves: 2 Abilities of Contracted Party A, chosen by Party A.

3- Risk involved- Soul of Contracted Party A shall be sealed in Contractor.

->If Party A succeeds in destroying Contractor's soul, Party A shall recieve extra compensation in the form of System. Party A shall undergo body reconstruction into stronger vessel.

->If Contractor succeeds in destruction of Party A's soul, Contractor shall recieve All Abilites of Party A.

Yeah, it was kind of screwed. IN MY FAVOUR.

You see, the ability scans both mine and contractee's existence to see our power level. Since I'm weak af and the Contractee is a Dragon, I can change terms just a bit.

This all comes under Rule 3.

Also since Azathoth doesn't "exist", it only scans me and not the fragment attached to me.

{Of course, since existence is something I made.}

Braggart.

Anyway, where was I? Right, free falling.

I contracted the air around me to act as a cushion. Then I contracted it as a slave.

Boom, Air Manipulation acquired.

I floated down like a boss (I fell face first due to my poor control).

"Anyway, this seems like a nice place to check out my new abilites."

The poor Forest had no idea that it was about to be screwed harder than someone who dropped the soap in prison.
