The stirring of beast with lacking manners and even more so shelter, each step entering the dreams of the resting. Youthful and gently, yet rugged as the wild has always held them.
Softened yawns, Sasha wakes with the quick of mind. She opens her eyes softly with no sound. She goes to move when she hears…
"I think we should go in mark order, strongest would win the fight anyway." Comes a voice sweet, also chilling to the bone
With a soft lisps, honey on the sweet tip of his tongue, "Sweet girls? What goes best with honey? Of course stingers would go best with sweet honey."
Glistening, beautiful and tall, sand or oak wood matters not as the beauty transcends even that. Red drapes along the back and the ears, brushing the high cheek bones and sculpted face.
"What do you mean stingers? I'm a clawed animal, stingers are you exoskeleton ice beasts. So cold!" A bold bear, rough on the surface and love deprived weakened to his intimate nature.
The crowd rose swiftly 1 to 6, the change off putting. The escalation was not done at 6.
"Yes, you stinging freaks don't deserve the best girls just because."
"Becks are better, your stingers don't mean anything."
The tension and volume creeping and crawling to walking to bursting
6,…7,…8,…9
The hostility maxes as the voice reach a similar place.
"H-hello? where am I?" Bringing the sheep to her eyes, pushing the bounds of belief.
"Well sweetie, We are going to own you and use you as we wish˜. Don't you love that˜."
The crowd admittedly split, still smiled and turned to Sasha. The look in their eyes; burning, clouded, raining gasoline but unkept or unwanted.
They look at her intent but aimless, as a silence that enters this rough and unkept place.
"Do you see? We have one rule; Never let another female rule you." A helpful voice rough and warm, worn but gentle.
Sasha's eyes were looking around trying to find the owner of the relaxing voice, large, strong and claws sharper than nails.
"Call me Aron, you should call Mr. Stinger, William."
'Strange… Aron seems the least interested in this?… Why does William feel like a haunting requiem?' Caught in her thoughts, the current problem lessen as the fear falls.
"So me and my friend … you plan to have us serve you guys?" Her voice wavering with amusement, but not a single sound of that sort let out her mouth.
"Well˜ of course!" Smiling eyes wide, head hanging horizontally off his neck. "Why else bring you here, otherwise maybe being my snack˜" cold like night, oak wood smooth and sharp reach out for a touch.
The emerald shine disappears, as glossy plush spread to a crooked smile pull. A hand reaching for thin air, "I don't let strangers just touch me I hope you can understand."
"We'll be well acquainted soon." Smiling to the mirror adjacent.
"Not so fast" a strange face appears. Members of the crowd follow to stop William cold touch, from reaching to new toys.
"We still needs to decide who gets first turns," Drake, the failing in remarkable appearance Raven.
"Why are you guys so scared to let another girl into your life?" The voice once without thought quickly catches the attention of the crowd, anger looking for it's target. The voice softer and foreign to the group.
"Rules placed by society, they don't count here." Aron said before the other's thought too hard.
The voice again spoke but the source this time was clear.
"Hm, then love? Is it forbidden? Love does belong to our nature not the rules we set. What do you do then? Do you still treat her like a play thing, or do you just kill her to follow your 'rule'?" The voice filled with inquiries and equaling disgust.
"Amber!?" Sasha's mouth blurts as her face turns into a mask of surprise.
"So what do you do? I guess you can't answer. Well I have a fact for you, I will not submit to anything less than love." Amber rose from the ground dusting herself and reaching out a hand to her beloved friend.
Amber looked as if the light of heaven was the only thing worthy of her presence, as though the power of a king was hers. The look in her eyes were none other than the confidence of conviction. The crowd stopped and looked, as though her words shook something within their very souls.
Amber turns to Sasha, "I remember what you told me your mother said? Queens never bow, because they fight for the respect that the title princess requires and matured into what they are now. They would never have made it if they had backed down even once."
The buzzing crowd stops, as they were amused but now it has faded to annoyance and disbelief. One with marks red, cut like wind. "Queens are queens only because they have a kingdom," cold and unfeeling.
For a moment nothing but the words her mother said to warn her best, the words that made her promise she would be the strongest she could be.
"The proud man is wild and blind." Mei said with no question in her voice.
"Mommy? When you say blind, what do you mean?"
"They don't see your value, so you can only make some of them see. They believe very little is needed to get a woman there, so you must stand stronger and smarter. Force your value down their throat."
"I have value and my mommy taught me well, I have to protect my value and honor."
For just a moment, she was but a child resting with her mother. The forest was green and the meadow filled with flowers. It was like the time in Amber's companion.
"Family must be protected, and you are my family." Grasping Amber's hand and rising to her side.
"Sweet ,but your family bond won't stop us from getting what we want." Closing the space with a twisted happiness.
"Your desire to have what isn't yours, I won't be the one fulfilling it tonight. Neither will she, step out of the way." Sasha pushes passed with Amber close behind.
"You unruly female, your egos must be due to the Society Above. Too bad you're pretty but a mouth like that will get kill you here." Grabbing Ambers wrist and pushing Sasha into the group, William taking the chance to hold her.
"I'll break her for your punishment. You watch helplessly as you lose your 'family'." A cackle like a howling hyena rings out, even the peace of the meadow was touched by the sound.
"Not those feral beasts, I mean abandoned would fit them too. They are wild or unwanted, I thought we scared them further back." Tyme thinks for a moment.
"Please, they always come back for a chance. Not like we give them one." Luke sits as he has finally shaken off the trembles.
"Well I guess, everyone is home… but that new girl and Amber!"
The panic sets that they let the outcasted beast, some barely holding human form, into their home.
Gale on the other hand had pondered how to collect the heart he wanted so longingly, he unwittingly followed the trail. The trail of her distinct smell, soon many other smells began to mix.
"I don't like the smell of this," trying to follow the smell he is lead to the empty meadow,"where is she?"
