Ashborn's POV'

"So why did you let him live, Huh? I mean I know for a fact that you're not the one to care much about human lives." Asked Jean curiously while sitting on my lap. We've just finished watching the 'fight' on live T.V and the results were expected for me and my peerage as through the years the shadow army got to know their 'Monarch's mistress' as they called them, so the girls already know about my soldier's power.

"Hmm, Tell me Jean, Do you believe in the domino effect?" I asked while my hands were wandering her body. The rest of the peerage already went to whatever they were doing so we are alone.

"The theory of a certain event causing a series of whole other events to happen one after another? Yeah, What about it?" She asked but almost immediately after She asked with uncertainty: "You don't mean that this guy has some significance in the future?"

"Well, we will have to wait and see." I said with a smile not continuing on the subject any further, The red hulk will get to live today. He may or may not become him in the future but we will have to wait and see.

"On another subject, How about we join the other redhead that is waiting in my room? I'm in the mood to have a threesome with 2 two redheads." I asked with a smile, and not waiting for her response I teleported with her to my room with eagerness.

Washington, DC

In a dark office on the shield headquarters, Nick Fury, the director of shield, is watching a video that his subordinate brought with a frown. "The shadows... and those purple glowing eyes that I would recognize anywhere. It seems meeting 'him' is inevitable. But not now... Maybe a few months from now."

~~2 months later~~

"...The genius billionaire Tony stark is reported to have been kidnapped on his business trip to Afghanistan in order to demonstrate his weapons to the U.S army, But he and his escorts were ambushed resulting in his kidnapping and the death of his escorts...." Ashborn heard from his giant T.V. while enjoying breakfast with Jean, Hancock, Melina, Yelena, and Natasha. Officially, all of them are his legal wives. Although in his world, polygamy is illegal in the US but here with Sebastian's connection who managed to pull some strings in the 1900s which wasn't difficult to someone like him, making it so only the last of their blood (orphans) who could legally take more than one wife.

"That arrogant bastard finally got to see the world for his true colors." Yelena said with some venom in her voice.

"I never actually knew why you hate him so much." Asked Jean while sipping from her coffee.

"Well, he once tried to flirt with me even though I politely declined and said I already have a husband, if Melina wasn't there I would have snapped his neck down."

"Oh, I remember that. It was last year when we were at that hotel, I think he was drunk and you already broke his arm." Melina replied with a smile. Just after they said that they heard a voice coming from the elevator.

"Good morning." Said a handsome young man who looks just like Finn Cole with a tired voice, then casually poured a cup with orange juice and sat down with them.

"Oh, you're awake Michael. I heard you finished your training with Igris yesterday, Is that right?" Ashborn asked with a smile his little brother. Yes brother, As while he was on a trip to Birmingham, UK. He found him on the streets beaten after he tried to steal some food only to be caught and beaten to the ground. Ashborn noticed the will of surviving in the kid's eyes so he took him in and resurrected him as a ruler, he was barely 10 years old at the time, and through the years they became closer. Michael seeing him as an older brother to look up to, and Ashborn seeing him as a little brother. He was also quite close to the other peerage members seeing them all as his sisters.

"Well, that's what master Igris said." Replied while gulping the juice in one go then added: "Ah yes, I almost forgot. A creepy one-eyed bald man is looking for you, he seems to be working for some kind of organization, he's waiting in the reception room."

"A one-eyed bald ... Ah, I was wondering when he would come, he came at the perfect time." Saying that he brought out the telephone and said: "Ah yes, Luciana? Let him into my floor, alright thanks." His wives and brother were curious as to who he is but didn't pry. Minutes later, A man walks out from the elevator.

"Fury, Long time no see!! I thought you were never gonna visit me. Here, take a seat."

"Mr.Blackheart I didn't think you knew my name." Said Nick fury with an alarming voice and at the same time a polite one.

"Of course, I know you and your organization. I even know why you are here, in fact, I was going to contact you today." Ashborn said nonchalantly Then added: "Anyway, Before we talk any further let me introduce you to everyone, You may already know them from the official files and some you already met on 'that' mission. These are Jean, Hancock, Melina, Yelena, and Natasha Blackheart, My wives. As for the one who eats like a savage beside them is my little brother Michael."

"The pleasure is all mine, But If I heard you correctly. You were going to contact me?"

"Well, first of all, yes the 'humanoid shadow' from Harlem was my soldier. Second, I will not be joining the avengers." And before Nick could retort Ashborn added: "For how I knew all of this, Let's just say I have my ways. As for why, I have my reasons."

Hearing that Nick went silent. He didn't like this situation, he didn't like it one bit. He doesn't have any control over the situation as the other player holds all of the cards. He knew the other party isn't normal from 'that' day and that's the reason his previous boss ordered him not to get close to the Blackheart family, But the recent incident plus the need for the avengers' initiative pushed his hand.

"... Were you going to contact me only for this?" He asked

"No, See my brother here. He has just finished his training, and through the years I have gone soft on him. Although, He's a great fighter, he doesn't have any experience plus he doesn't know how to follow orders."

Then he added: "So here's my proposal, He will both join shield and The Avengers as I'm sure after knowing his abilities you would dance from happiness to have him under you. He will follow only your orders and he will be the one to help you deal with 'The snake problem' that you don't even know you have."
