Exhaustion

"I am so tired," I complained, leaning back on the chair, eyes on the ceiling above me as I let out a sigh of annoyance.

I liked helping the people that came to me but … it is quite a task after a while. And not all of them are as nice or as pleasant to talk to as the first three that came.

Looking out the open window, I can already see the sun setting in the distance along with the moons is becoming clearer up in the sky.

"Pretty," I mumbled, staring at the moons with half-lidded eyes.

"I agree." Altair's voice came before, beside me, placing a hand on my shoulder. "Are you alright?"

"That is a question, isn't it?" I chuckled, eyes opening and closing slowly. "I think I am but … I don't feel it. You know?"

"I suppose I can understand that." He said, patting my head gently.

Felling his gentle hand on my head, I can hear the sounds of the people talking outside growing fainter and fainter as my eyes become heavier and heavier.
