FATHIA's REAL COLOUR.

"They all surrounded Elijah as he sipped the steaming coffee that Rose had brought. 'I awoke in the hospital with no memory of my identity,' he explained. 'Chaos reigned—officials mentioned the finance ministers' sudden demise from heart failure, while the minister's wife succumbed to shock.'

He took another sip, finding solace in Angel's supportive grip. 'Ten days into my hospital stay, I overheard hospital staff plotting to sell me to some so-called rogue. I didn't understand the danger, but I knew I had to escape. Fleeing the hospital grounds, I collided with an elegant woman in her fifties at the gate. She embraced me, claiming I was her son. For a fleeting moment, I believed I'd found my family. However, upon arriving at their home, her husband and relatives shattered that hope, revealing I was not related, and the shock had overtaken the woman.'"

'She intended to replace her deceased son with you,' Ellis deduced.

'Indeed. As I prepared to depart, she clutched my leg, pleading for me to stay, even threatening suicide if I left. Her husband implored me to stay and assume the identity of their lost son, insisting I dye my hair blonde.' Angel's grip tightened around him as he gazed at her, then turned to his grandfather.

'It must have been an arduous ordeal,' Edward empathized. 'I felt displaced, a lost soul. Eventually, my adoptive father informed me about meeting the Minister of Health's daughter. That encounter led me to my Angel.' He cast a fond and loving smile at her, while Ellis and Elder Patterson shared in his happiness."

When I first encountered her, I confessed my true identity, and she reciprocated by revealing hers," Edward explained.

"I'm confused," Ellis admitted, stealing a glance at Angel.

"My real name is Serah Adam, and my younger brother is Paul Adam. We assumed these new identities, all thanks to Trent," Angel revealed, surprising Edward with her disclosure.

"Why did you need to change your identities?" Edward inquired, seeking reassurance about their character.

"My younger brother is a blessed child. Angel's statement stunned him. "What is a blessed child?" Ellis and Rose were equally unaware.

"A blessed child." Edward stared at the boy.

. Faithia and Ariadna remained in the room when Ariadna suddenly felt a sense of relief, the pain and weakness dissipating. Placing her hand over her chest, she sensed an oppressive weight. "Ahhhhh!" Faithia cried out, clutching her chest before collapsing to the floor. Ariadna swiftly descended from the bed, grasping Faithia's arm anxiously. "Are you alright? What's happening?" Ariadna asked, filled with worry. Faithia winced, biting her lip as tears streamed down onto the room's lilac-purple tiles.

A clicking noise resonated, and the door swung open, revealing Trent as he walked in, standing beside the girls. "What are you two doing on the floor?" His voice was cold and detached. "Something's not right with Faithia," Ariadna explained, tears welling up in her eyes. "Take this," he instructed, handing a vial to Ariadna. "Faithia, come with me." Trent abruptly seized her hand and pulled her away. Ariadna attempted to speak, but before she could, they had vanished.

"Ella slowly began recalling the guidelines. The first one: when a soul is forcibly expelled from its body, it doesn't immediately retain its memories. It remains unaware of its identity at first.

The second rule: when a soul is separated from its body, it panics; maintaining the soul's calmness is crucial until it rediscovers itself. Vigilance is essential because any distraction can trigger a berserk state, leading to potential harm.

Ella observed the disoriented soul before her. His confusion was evident, and he seemed unfamiliar with his surroundings. With her hands outstretched and chanting incantations, Ella attempted to ease him.

Suddenly, the sound of footsteps approached, causing Ella to swiftly turn towards the door, losing her focus on the task. In response, Velder soared to the room's ceiling and charged at her. Ella swiftly evaded, diving to the opposite side and landing on the chilling wooden floor."

"Velder's soul phased through the wooden wall. Ella rose from the ground. 'This isn't good,' she muttered, panic edging into her voice. As the door swung open, Milli entered. Ella hurried over and positioned herself in front of her, wearing a deep scowl.

'Planning to kick me out again?' Milli arched a brow, folding her arms. 'I just wanted to take a stroll.' Milli was taken aback by the statement. 'Is there some kind of magical shield preventing me from leaving, huh?' she continued. Milli smirked in response. 'How did you find out about the shield?'

'I guessed, noticed the guards around, and realized my door isn't locked from the outside, meaning I can freely come and go. Plus, that Amorah woman informed me that I have the freedom to do as I please.'

'Lady Amorah, to everyone. She's the mother of the man you love,' Milli's face contorted with anger.

'No, Felicity was the mother of my man, may her soul rest in peace.

Milli clicked her tongue. 'Lady Amorah carried him for nine months and gave birth to him.' Her anger was escalating. 'She's just a womb donor. Giving birth to a child doesn't make that person a mother. If you'll excuse me, I'd like to take a stroll.' Ella was growing impatient but maintained a poker face, not revealing her agitation to Milli.

'Your words could lead to your demise,' Milli stepped aside, wishing she could snap Ella's neck.

As Ella moved beside Milli, she leaned closer and whispered, 'I learned from the best, and he'd never let me be killed.' Walking past her, Ella provoked Milli to the point where she punched the wall in fury, her bleeding knuckles a testament to her rage.

Clutching her necklace, Milli closed her eyes. Lady Amorah and Ephyrus strode down a magnificent hallway, causing the servants to recoil in shock.

Ephyrus noticed the necklace's glow. 'Someone wishes to communicate with you,' he remarked. Lady Amorah nodded, closing her eyes and grasping the necklace. 'Who is it?' she inquired. 'It's Milli, my lady.' 'What seems to be the issue?' Amorah asked. 'Ella suddenly desired a stroll.' Amorah's eyes twitched. 'And?' 'I find it suspicious.'"

'Then follow her,' the communication abruptly ended. The necklace facilitated mental connections between wearers, regardless of their locations.

'What's the issue?' Ephyrus inquired.

'Ella wishes to take a stroll,' Lady Amorah responded. Ephyrus furrowed his brow. 'And she finds it suspicious,' Amorah added.

Ephyrus opened the door, allowing Amorah to enter first, followed closely by himself.

Augustus was engrossed in reading his files. 'What's the problem now, Alan?' he asked, his focus still on the papers.

'It's not Alan. But your master,' Augustus's body tensed.

Acher and Joel entered the lab, spotting Trent and Lydia standing near Faithia."

What's happening?" Acher inquired. "Is Faithia unwell?" Joel hurried over and placed his hand on her forehead.

"No, she's perfectly healthy. She's just responsible for what happened to Ariadna," Trent revealed. Acher closed his eyes. "No, that can't be true," Joel looked at Faithia.

"Faithia, he's lying, right?" Trent expressed skepticism.

"He's not lying, Joel," Acher's voice was subdued.

"Are you suggesting that Faithia would want to harm her younger sister?" Joel found the notion unbelievable.

This isn't the first time she's done this," Joel felt a sharp pain pierce his heart.

"What do you mean?" Joel gazed at his older brother. "She was the one who pushed her into the pool."

Joel staggered back, clutching his chest. He looked at the sister he had always believed to be an angel, now realizing her innocence was a facade.
