As a young woman Adair Fox enters the civilization test, the most difficult test in the entirety of the Galactic Empire, in hopes of achieving that highest of honors and finally becoming eligible to meet her parents. During the test Adair acts out of desperation and uses a dangerous ritual to save her people, only to get betrayed by them shortly after. Unfortunately not only does Adair fail the test, but she also finds herself trapped in a void for thousands of years until she eventually meets up with another being. She makes a deal with the Reincarnation Machine, which allows her to go back in time and become a sorceress.

The Forgotten Ability

<p>  The one thing that she had to make sure to do before she engaged the army around her that was to get Roxanne's permission before she engaged a galactic army that, based on what she had seen so far, was incredibly powerful. Suppose Anahel and Cassandra had to go through the proper legal procedures to solve an issue instead of just using their power to get the result they wanted.  </p>

<p>Because based on what she had gone through, she knew that this probably would have been their first course of action if it was possible for them to do so. So she asked Roxanne to see if it was appropriate for her to counterattack or if she should go through and let herself be captured again.  </p>
