As a young woman Adair Fox enters the civilization test, the most difficult test in the entirety of the Galactic Empire, in hopes of achieving that highest of honors and finally becoming eligible to meet her parents. During the test Adair acts out of desperation and uses a dangerous ritual to save her people, only to get betrayed by them shortly after. Unfortunately not only does Adair fail the test, but she also finds herself trapped in a void for thousands of years until she eventually meets up with another being. She makes a deal with the Reincarnation Machine, which allows her to go back in time and become a sorceress.

The Forgotten Ability

Unfortunately for her, it seemed that the training was not going to be ending anytime soon since as soon as she seemed somewhat stable, she was being dragged back to the same training machine.

Before she entered, though, she was very worried that the mess she had made by throwing up would still be there and she would have to clean it up, but it had luckily self-cleaned and removed all of the contents that she had previously thrown up.

It also removed the smell from the machine, which was very nice since she really did not want to participate in a machine with that smell. As she set everything up in the machine and started it up, she had entered a completely new area. This time it seemed as if she entered the actual training area since she saw a whole bunch of equipment for people to just work out with.
