[Bonus chapter] Wanna Dance?

***************

CHAPTER 25

She took a sip of her drink and to her surprise, she had expected it to be so repulsing to her. She didn't even know why she did that in the first place but her throat felt dry at that moment and this was the best thought she had.

Taking another sip, she found that she was not getting choked or tipsy a bit from it as it was her first time having alcohol but surprisingly it felt too normal.

Turns out though she was Aria and Jade, Jade's body memorized every bloody damn thing ut was used to.

Finding it nice, she downed half of the cup, shocking Albion who had been watching her.

"Whoa! Easy there baby. It's alcohol for a reason. Gently," he advised.

She placed the glass down gently and gave him her beat genuine smile that night. His heart fluttered when she did. He knew it was real and she wasn't faking.

Just how charming could she get any further?

"I know. Sorry. I just felt thirsty I guess."

"Then you might want to have something with less alcohol content. Then get back to this."

"I guess so or maybe not."

The next thing they knew, Quinn stood up from where she was. Though she was enjoying herself, she did not feel Jade doing the same and thought maybe some nice hot music would get her going.

She made her way to where the DJ was and spoke to him then winked at him and left.

By the time she arrived at her seat, a lovely body moving music was already playing.

It was one of David Guetta's Play hard extended feat. Ne-Yo and Akon. Her body was already used to partying and she could feel it reacting to the beat that was playing.

Noticing it, Albion smiled at her. "I see you are heaving to the flow."

"Well, what can I say, it has a nice beat."

"Yeah, it is perfect for dancing," he hinted at her but Jade ignored his words and giggled.

"What?"

"Nothing."

"Why it must have been something," he said with a smile as he brought his body closer to hers, inching closer and bringing his ears close to her face.

She pulled her head away lightly, still laughing.

He might not understand it hi. self but Jade was laughing because the Aria in this body was a no dancer.

Even Alexander her supposed fiance knew her to dance but she... It just wasn't in her DNA she would say and she early got time for that.

Her family since her mother's death made sure she did not have time for fun so she just thee it out of her life but she did enjoy a hood dance and when she turned around she caught her friends already on the dance floor with their partners rocking it out.

"I can't dance," she finally let out.

"What!"

His eyes popped out of their sockets. He could jot believe it. Everything about screamed how great she would be at dancing.

She had the right body to move around but even that, especially when the sounds came out, her shoulders and hips already began rocking it without her knowing.

He just could not believe she would not know how to dance.

"No." He smiled, shaking his head at her and relaxing against the counter as he too turned to face the dance floor.

Hos eyes met her friends. "You cannot have friends like that and not know how to dance," he pointed out.

"They particularly told me what a great dancer you are."

"Hah! Finally got you. They set you up to this," Jade pointed out, literally pointing at him and them.

"No. I am sorry. Slip of tongue but they didn't set you up or set me up for this." He knew he had messed up and his only apology or way out was to just say the truth.

"Quick, give me the truth or I would walk away."

"Fine. No need to be like that. I would let you in on a secret."

"Spill."

"On one condition." He was bargaining when he was already found out.

"Tsk, typical businessman. You still think you haven't lost huh?"

"Well, I can only take my chance. Who knows, I may hit the jackpot."

"Fine shoot let's hear it."

"Good, I tell you everything and you have one dance with me."

"One dance?"

"Yes. Just one. I promise I won't touch you. Just want to have a chance to dance with such a beauty."

"I see, a businessman and such a hottie with his mouth. Okay, you got yourself a deal. Now shoot."

She had only agreed because sooner or later she would be down on the dance floor and dancing to the rhythm. Her body was already pushing her to do so and she wanted to see how it would be and dance steps Jade had.

So why not use it to get the information she needed, not that she couldn't with her charm but playing fair wouldn't hurt, she thought.

"Okay, here it is. Ever since you girls walked in, I had my eyes on you the whole time, apparently, she came for drinks and Quinn caught me staring and she made me a deal, she gets you here and I can have a go, as long as I can get you to loosen up then I can dance with you. That was when she added what a great dancer you are."

"Hmm. Not bad."

"Yeah, so you see. It wasn't anything that bad."

"Whatever." Jade rolled her eyes and took another gulp of her drink.

"So what say you? I kept my word. I guess it is time for you to keep yours. Wanna dance? No. It is time to dance," Albion said, shaking his head at her.

Smiling at him, Jade nodded her head. She did agree to do it, so time to have fun. She drank her drink again, finished the liquid then dropped her glass cup on the counter and smiled.

"Okay." He reached out to her, hoping for her to take his hand and as he lifted hers another hand came from behind Jade and held her hand.
