Chapter 219 Judas Time - 2

Delia didn't respond, watching the obviously emotional man rant before her.

Judas then hissed, looking away from her as he crossed his arms with clinched jaws.

His eyes were still reddened and slightly wet.

Delia only stared silently at the side of his red face. She finally shook her head to speak. "Humans, so soft and fragile-minded that they can't handle the consequences of their own actions. And when it comes, they are quick to throw blame to the first with higher power".

Judas didn't respond.

Delia exhaled loudly, looking up to rest back on her seat as she relaxed her shoulders.

She then pulled off her hat, setting it in the space between them before pinching her forehead in frustration and sighing once more.

"It's because of her, isn't it?"

Judas snapped his eyes at her.

Delia's brown eyes locked with his. Her expression softened.
