Judas then turned to Delia, "Mistress, I was able to contact two out of the four schools you wanted to purchase".

"One accepted quickly after hearing our price. The other said to get back to us".

"What about the other two?"

"They refused to sell".

"Hm... Give them some time. We'll make sure to drag the status of their schools to the bottom then buy it at a cheaper price and expand", she flipped to the next page.
