The Child Soldier's Reincarnation (Old. New version up.)

Another shameless author here, so, this is my second attempt at a novel. My previous one just wasn't it, it was basically a copy of Author's POV but with bloodlines and stuff. You can go read that one if you'd like to see where I started off. So, writing quality, as of chapter 30 I have promised to start increasing the description and I'll start going over chapters to edit them. Story development, well, I think it's got some pretty decent pacing. In my first novel I didn't have a clue as to how to progress anything and on what to do, but I'd like to think that I know about how to progress strength and the story a bit more smoothly. Character design, well I've not actually fleshed the characters out yet. But that's intentional, they're children. They aren't THAT complex as people. Update stability, its about 1 chapter per 2 days. And sometimes its posted the day after it was supposed to release because I need to do some finishing touches or I fell asleep while writing. World background, well, I'm not sure as to how to approach this. Because in my old novel the world was fairly limited. In this one there are kingdoms and empire's so I think it'll be a bit more enjoyable to introduce places and whatnot.
