Disintegrator

I'd half expected her to shoot one of her subordinates, it'd be about on-brand for how crazy she had been so far. She also had a ton of bombs floating above us, glittering in the sky, so the added threat of a bomb really didn't do much to add to her threat levels.

"You there!" Brainwave called out.

She'd stopped paying any attention to us and instead had focused herself on what looked like a teenage boy dressed in shabby clothes. The lad in question cringed at her address, flinching away ever so slightly. The rest of the crowd backed away from the one who had been singled out, none of them willing to get in the way of whatever was about to happen.

"Ye… Yes?" He whimpered, barely able to get the words out.

"You ever held a gun before, kid?" She asked, nonchalantly.

"I uh… never," He replied.

"What about beating someone up? You live in the northern quarter, must have done that before, right?" She pressed.

"N… No, never," He said, "I… keep out of the way."
