"I know, right!" Brainwave gushed, turning around to face him, "I always wanted to know what would happen if you severed the bonds between an object's atomic structure, I theorised it'd be something like-"
"No offense," Pulsewave cut her off, "Well actually no, it's not like I care about offending you or anything like that. I don't really care about any of the science, it was just cool to see someone poof like that. It was like a magic trick, now he's here, now he's not."
"Yeah," Brainwave said, not caring about the insult Pulsewave had thrown her way, "Always liked magic, so I don't mind a comment like that."
"How'd you do it then?" Pulsewave asked, "You just stuck bombs in these folk to get them to work for you?"
"Each and every one of them," Brainwave all but giggled as she answered, it was like she was high off of her own success. High off the death of one of the people that she'd dragged along into this mess.
