Crossing The Lines

"How I wish we could stay like this forever..." Chase stated as they pulled away again.

"You know, we can't." Lia replied. "We have Chelsea now."

"Oh, shoot! You're right!" the man said. "Chelsea! Gosh, now I miss my baby girl so much."

Lia rolled her eyes and pouted. "Hey! And so that is what you mean by staying like this forever? How romantic..."

Chase chuckled and brought their lips together. "Is my baby jealous of our daughter? So you want to stay here for another day? Without Chelsea?"

Lia shook her head, leaving the man's kiss. "But we can't. And I missed her too."

"I know you do. Both of you are my precious babies." Chase nuzzled the tips of their noses to enjoy the last bit of alone time before she stood up, bringing the empty plates to the kitchen.
