She ran down from the roof to the terrace floor, her ankle twisted and became red still, she got up and ran to him, SHL are you ok? (whole floor was covered with the blood and even his eyes were closed) she really became scared, she asked for help. She kept his head on her lap, her whole dress became red with his blood.
Help! Help! Someone please Help!
Then she called Dr. Adu and just said her to come up at the terrace with the nurses.
And Dr. Adu and a nurse came they became shocked, Dr. Adu asked nurses to take him fast in the emergency room and get ready with it as fast as you can. As Dr. Adu holds Jesah as she was shivering and crying as she was too scared, Dr. took her in her cabin and gave her water then called her mom. Jesah keep on asking to let her meet SHL, Dr. Adu said he is not in a stable condition and even he is going under a surgery so you have to wait as, he finishes his surgery you can see him but exactly what happened?
So, she said Dr. Adu about the whole incident that took place, how she got to know about that Zayan is her donor and then she became angry then she cried and went on the roof to sit and Dr. SHL came behind her and then they had an argument and he tried to hold her and instead his leg slipped and he felt down its all my fault, I shouldn't have argue with him on the edge of the roof top. Ok my dear calm down you don't need to worry it's not your fault and your mom will also be here in a moment so just chill. After 30 minutes her mom arrives and she ran to her hugs her mother and tells her it was all my fault mom, I am so sorry! So, Dr. Adu explains her everything and by the time her mom gives her new dress to change as her dress was fully covered in his blood. As she comes after changing her dress her mom holds her tight and says honey it was not at all you fault and then after waiting for whole 3 hours Dr. Adu said now honey you can go and meet SHL as he is in a bit stable condition so, you can go and meet him but don't force him to talk as he have went under surgery just now. It's better, if you just see him from a little far. So, she goes near the door and just have a glance on SHL from a little far distance. Then she drives to the grave-yard where, Zayan's body was buried, she sees the name stone and starts crying and couldn't control herself so, she comes back to the hospital. She goes and stand outside of SHL room she didn't have the strength to face him after, what happened few moments ago. After staring at him for an hour, she stayed in the hospital overnight and send her mom back home as she can fall sick. She went inside his room at the night when he was sleeping, she holds his hand and apologize and tries to leave softly but instead he holds her hand back tightly and ask her to stay she says I am still angry from you so, don't try this. Ok but can you stay at least for 5 minutes? (he asked her in low tone) Ok just 5 minutes, (she hold his hand and sat back and by the time she would realize that it's too late she woke up in the morning holding his hand next to him by the time, he was looking at her and that moment was so pleasing as the slight sunshine was coming from the window from between the curtains). Ok now I am leaving! (She said in hush tone) why can't you just stay instead of saying to leave me all the time?
And while they were arguing a small boy of 5 or maybe 6 years old came in, he was really too cute with his cute little messy hair and pink rabbit drawn dungaree with white t-shirt inside it, he had blue eyes and cute little charming smile!
Bhai why can't you take care of yourself you always tell me and now you are laying here, he said with cute angry face (with a small uhm!) Jesah and SHL both laughed. Jesah asked SHL, who is he?

Then Lee Yoo-Chan holds her hand and takes her inside the room so, she sits near him and asks but I don't understand if Zayan was illusion how come I still I have that Red gloves which, he brought for me! Can I tell you something? Yea sure say. I was on my medical study visit and I saw you for the first time and I got you that but you were in that illusion period, so you don't remember but you were standing out of the store and cherishing for that gloves so I got them for you as from the first time so that's why you didn't recognize me, because all these times you were imagining Zayan, when I saw you in baby yellow color dress with small white flowers on it and blue denim jacket with a messy bun, retro sneakers-I fell in love with you, when you fainted in my arms that day- I fell in love with you, when you kissed me in the church- I felt in love with you again. Every single time I saw you I loved you a little more! After that moment she kissed his forehead and took care of him the whole time in the hospital and after the discharge and total recovery. Meow, SHL, Jesah, her mom went to the Disney Land as she always wanted to and Dr. Sahlaq Khan get on his knees and proposes Jesah Johnsen with a beautiful diamond ring to be her life partner forever! It was a perfect moment any girl could ever ask for, the sun was setting down, the clouds turned purple, the yellow lights turned on of the park.
