After the maid left the room, Lanuvel took a peek at a slight gap on the open door.

"Sir Hero. Can I come in?"

"Sure."

"Mr.Alex is waiting for you."

Hm? Right, He told me to meet him earlier after I passed(?) his 'Test Of Courage.' I honestly don't want to go but do I even have a choice? Alex is a brute, in other words, unreasonable. If I didn't come he would more than likely drag me.

"Okay. Lead me to him."

Now then, I know that I got stronger at the acquisition of the skills but by how much? What matters here is not the level but the amount and rank of the skills.

A Level 1 with a single F rank skill would undoubtedly lose to someone who has a ton of F rank skills.

To make it clearer it goes like this:

(9+Level)×(10+7(S)+6(A)+5(B)+4(C)+3(D)+2(E)+1(F)) = Total Combat Power

That's how it goes. Mine is currently (9+1)×(10+6+3+3+2+2+2+2+1+1+1) = 330

I assume I could fight a Level 20 with no skills and win. To put into perspective a normal Level 5 is comparable to most professional athletes on earth.

Well if I meet someone with a higher combat power I would get folded. That stems from my lack of experience when it comes to fighting. I'm a peace-loving person who can't even kill a fly… some of what I said might be a lie but ignore it.

"We are here."

"Hm?"

"Hero! You're late!"

I was broken out of my thoughts. It seems like I dozed off. Alex was in a black training suit(?) waiting for me.

"Come!"

Alex shouted once again. Isn't he too excited!? I could already predict what would happen and I don't like it…

I stood in front of Alex and our size difference was massive. He towered over me even though my height was 5'11… my scrawny-looking arms were nothing compared to his, which only intimidated me further… crap.

Acting probably leveled up because on the outside I was very calm… and Calm Mind leveled up because of Willpower.

"So…?"

"I'm gonna test your skills. Treat this as a real battle or else you'll die!"

This damn brute— Ouhf… I almost vomited my breakfast!!

He didn't even give me a head start and just punched me in the stomach! I was holding my mouth preventing my breakfast from coming out, drool and blood could be seen on the corner of my lips.

"Don't worry Hero! There are a lot of healers on standby! Now get up!"

I forced my wobbly feet to stand up. I grit my teeth and bore with the pain.

10 seconds…

I just need to hold on for that long.

Alex was going to attack soon I felt it. I dodged to the left and I was right! I didn't miss this chance to counter-attack, Alex's right fist was extended and his left rib was a free hit.

The result of my attack? Nothing. I expected this to happen so I made some distance between us by quickly backing.

A barrage of skills… I don't plan to completely rely on them but they are useful, not to mention that if what God said is true then this is mine… it's not a borrowed power, an illusion, a fantasy… No one could take it.

But I'm not dumb enough to take what an 'unknown being' said for granted.

That's why I'm planning on visiting Mollan later on. So I could be his disciple and learn his skill, maybe even get a Lightsaber.

"Don't get distracted in a fight!"

I saw a fist heading towards my face. Oh shit! Move! Move! Move! I knew that I couldn't dodge this attack and it would lead to an instant knockout.

"Mr.Alex! It's been 10 seconds!"

Fortunately, Alex discussed this with Lanuvel. The fist was just an inch away from my face. Oh, thank Lanuvel!

"Not bad."

"Haha… If Lanuvel didn't stop Sir Alex then I would've been knocked out."

I dryly laughed scratching the back of my head. I would like to beat up Alex for giving me a scare but I'm not dumb and I know how that would turn out.

For now, be humble… a facade is necessary. My usual self has no chance of graduating— this is very necessary, trust my words. I reassured myself.

"If you want to train then just come to me."

"Will sure do! Training with you seems fun. (Not)"

"Haha! How about we go take a drink!"

Alex put his arms around my shoulder and offered me a drink. That usually means 'Let's go to the bar.' right? I'm a minor so all I can take is Juice… so no point in going there.

"I'm sorry but I have no time to waste. Humanity is in trouble and I would like to get stronger as soon as possible!"

I said out loud like a righteous, brave, and kind Hero. I should get an Oscar for my Acting! It's top-notch.

"Hm… is that so. Then pick up a training sword! I will train you, right here, right now!"

Eh…?

"Why?"

...Damn… Alex has a big grin marring his face. Oh, how I just want to bash my knee into that skull. Senior Han Soo I can now sympathize with you in Alex's behavior.

I'm extremely tired… physically and mentally. This demon treated me like a punching bag! He threw, trashed, and beat me around! My clothes were dirty as hell too!

This was my only pair… It was my school's PE Uniform. White plain T-Shirt and Red ankle-length pants with white stripes on the side.

Yes… I wore this in the throne room.

But on the bright side…

Absurd growth… that was only 2 hours worth of training. My talent + 500% Experience is just brokenly OP. To the person who said 'Effort beats talent' yeah… think again.

Definitely an anomaly, it's not even a question. A god gave me this talent so I'm sure of it.

"Sir Hero. What now?"

"I have somewhere to go. Follow me."

How noisy… If I didn't need her for this then I would have dumped her somewhere along the way. Never mind, that will give a huge blow to my grade.

"Lanuvel, I need you to scan around this area using your magic."

I made Lanuvel shut up by placing my Index Finger on her lips. "It's forbidden, yeah? Then count this as our first ADVENTURE." I made sure to highlight the word 'Adventure.' If this is the same Lanuvel I know then….

Lanuvel's eyes were filled with stars. I slowly moved my finger away from her and she pouted trying to act cute.

"Sir Hero, putting your finger on a lady's lips all of a sudden is rude."

"Lady? Where?"

There she goes again acting cute… I chuckled and Lanuvel started using her magic. I hope I'm not late. In case anything goes wrong Endurance S will keep me alive.

"There are people digging underground!"

"Can you identify them?"

"No. But since they are using Elementals then I'm 99% sure they are elves."

"Can you teleport us to them?"

"Hm… short-range teleportation will cause too much Mana, Sir Hero." it will be too dangerous if my only protection is out of fuel.

"Can you lead us to the entrance instead?"

"I can!"

She excitedly led me to a hole on the ground. Great! I'm glad I wasn't late.

"Sir Hero, how did you know about this?"

"That's simple, I don't. I just tried out my luck."

"Woah!"

That couldn't fool Lanuvel. I know that but she can't do anything without breaking out of character. And I was currently sporting a proud look making me look like a dumbass.

I and Lanuvel went in the hole. It was dark— asking Lanuvel to use magic for light will attract the elves so that's a no.

We walked in silence until we heard elves ordering Elementals like they own them.

"Lanuvel. Use magic to restrain them."

"Why…?"

"Didn't I say not to ask any questions?"

Knowing Silvia's human-hating personality I doubt that she would listen to us. Rather, this chopping board wouldn't hesitate to attack us.

"W-What?!"

"Help!"

"What the hell is this?!"

I could hear the screams of elves. Just as they were about to order Elementals to help them I stepped in.

"Elementals… come to the Hero."

The elementals ignored the Elves' pleas and they came circling me.

Elementals are peaceful by nature and they like nature. Over somebody who forces them to fight they would undoubtedly pick the Hero's side.

I poked one of them on the stomach and giggles came. I gently smiled and looked at the restrained Silvia.

"Let's talk."

"Talk… You damn human give me my elementals back!!"

"Quiet. The slave traders would hear you. And also, I didn't take your elementals. They simply chose my side over yours."

Silvia gritted her teeth. She looked at me hatefully, if only that did anything.

"Now, now, I'm here to help you."

"Help? A damned human... will help us? Don't kid with me!"

"I'm not. I swear on Lanuvel's finger."

"Sir Hero!"

"Hahaha! So do you trust me now? Even if it's only a little bit."

She was still glaring at me but she slowly nodded.

"Release them."

Upon release, Silvia quickly took a dagger on her side and attempted to stab me in the heart. My clothes ripped but the place of the stab only has a scratch. Don't underestimate an S-rank skill! Not to mention the other defense skills I have stacked on each other.

"...Ah! You broke my clothes!"

"...huh?"

The other elves prepared to attack. Dammit, Silvia! I just can't… the people from this world never fail to give me a headache.

"Wait! Think about it first. If we fight here the Slave traders would find out and you wouldn't be able to accomplish your goal for coming here."

I raised my hand in surrender and I saw the hesitation on their faces.

"Tsk. Just don't interfere or I'll kill you."

"Okay..."

They lowered their weapons and continued digging using the Earth Elementals.

"I'm glad everything worked out well, Sir Hero."

Yeah… just ignore the fact that Silvia tried to kill me. I'm not trusting anybody in this world anymore… I learned my lesson.

Silvia, the future Elf Queen. If everything worked out without my interference she would get captured and have a slave mark on her ass.

While on a journey with her master they both got attacked, Silvia escaped but not the same for her master. Her master is level 800+ and known as the Knight Of The Wind in Elfheim and is one of the Queen's five guards.

"Hey, damned Human. We are getting close, get ready."

"Oh, thanks for telling me… uhm-?"

"Silvia."

"Then... nice meeting you, Silvia."

I offered a handshake and received a spit in return… This girl is… extremely annoying. Only a pathetic simp like Sieg and most other heroes would fall for her.

"Don't act overly familiar with me."

"Ehm— Sorry."

Once I get strong enough I'm gonna rip her out. If this was an anime my face would be full of tick marks, my veins currently bulging on my forehead is closely similar to that, no?

"Get ready!"

Silvia shouted and the wall burst open. Archers started firing and Shamans started using spirits to kill the Slave Traders.

On the stage was Silvia's master or better known as Archer E. I avoided the Slave Traders and ran to the stage.

One got past the elves and started to attack me with a Karambit. His movements— compared to Alex it's trash.

I disarmed him using the technique I once saw on the internet and stabbed the Knife Alex gave me on his chest.

Murder F

That was my first kill— I was frighteningly calm and only had one worry. "That won't affect my grades, right?" I thought for a second before dismissing it.

I came here to get a 'comrade' not to get my grades lowered.

"Hello."

"You are…?"

"The Hero. You know what would happen if a Slave Trader takes you hostage so don't resist."

I was in front of Archer E. I slowly brought our faces close to each other and our lips met. I swear I heard a shout but it must be my imagination.

Her status was like this.

It was an ability I had when I was on VEarth. I always knew that it was more than it seems but this is just unexpected. It got rid of all her bad condition with just my saliva alone.

'Rabbit hole' I don't understand why God said that but is it some kind of Idiom? That's troubling.

"Come to your senses."

I whispered in Archer E's ear. She went wide-eyed and broke the handcuffs she was wearing.

"Thank you."

She muttered and went to help Silvia,

"Hm?"

Illeana? I swear I saw her in the corner of my eye. She is here for a Chaos Artifact, huh. I can use her, I don't have a use for the Chaos Artifact but I have a use for her.

Playing her in my hands will be relatively easy. Just knowing her real name is… yes. She is the child of the Third Elf King Elfheim and Shadow A.
