First kill part 1

(Two weeks later)

Currently, in the stillness of the night, two of the most powerful people in the hidden stone village could be seen sitting in the Tsuchikage's office while drinking sake and talking.

"Are you sure they are ready?" asked Onoki

"I can't say for sure but it's best to get it out the way, and they already finished the D- rank missions assigned to them." Answered Ren

"Sigh, it seems this can't be avoided, they are talented but How many talented shinobi have there been that couldn't handle the weight of taking a life, and ended up quitting before their talent could be cultivated."

"Being able to kill hundreds even thousands, is part of the job description, could someone who could not do that really be called a talented shinobi?" asked Ren

"I guess you're right, maybe there will come a time when that doesn't have to be the case, but now is not the time, this era is filled with death and mass genocide. A future where Having the mental strength to kill thousands is not needed to be a shinobi is far off in the future."

"There will be such an era, but even then the shinobi world is unpredictable, with dangers lurking in every corner, even in such an era the stone will have to make sure to produce shinobi that are powerful, doing otherwise would only put us at the mercy of others if an enemy were to appear," says Ren.

"I agree."

(The next morning)

Ren and his team were currently standing at the gates of the Village, as they would undertake their first C- rank mission, but it wasn't that simple, it would be the first time that they would have to take the life of another.

Team Ren didn't change much in these two weeks, Ren had trained them eight hours every day except on weekends for the first week and lowered it to Six on the second week so they could complete their D-rank missions.

But even though they hadn't changed much on the outside, their skills were definitely better, from chakra control for Gari and Kitsuchi and Taijutsu and Some weak water and wind release Jutsu Ami had learned from Ren, they were making progress, Gari and Kitsuchi had already doubled the weight carried on their body while Ami had increased the weight she had by half, though they didn't have any on them now as Ren instructed them not to wear it on missions.

"Good, you all have your supplies, even though we aren't going too far from the village and should be back before dark it's always good to plan in case of emergency." Says Ren as he looks at his team.

"Ami explain the objective of the mission."

"Yes sensei, the mission is to exterminate the stone fox bandit group, as they have robbed caravans bring supplies to the village, costing the village extra money."

"Good."

"Gari, the strength of the target."

"The target has, three chunin level bandits, with the other members being lower than genins."

"Good."

"Kitsuchi. What is the plan?"

"Upon reaching the target hideout, we will scout the building, and depending on the position of the members I will pass on the appropriate plan to the team, but for now we will be moving in the seventh formation."

"Good."

Swoosh!

The position of the members changed as Ren was now in the back, Kitsuchi in the front leading, and Gari and Ami to the sides, after assuming position they disappeared moving down the mountain in formation.

It wasn't long after that Ren and his team were out of the area of the village and heading at a fast pace towards their target.

As they moved forward Ren kept a close eye on the three of them, and he could clearly see they were all nervous, they knew what today was and all of them knew how important it was, and it was for that fact Ren had decided from the start to hand the leadership of the team to Kitsuchi for this mission to watch them act without his direct influence.

"Scatter!"

Swoosh

Without any delay, the team spread out and surrounded a Tall building that had three floors all looking in perfect condition.

Ren Observed and managed to locate the three chunin as they were the biggest threat, it seems that they all lived on a different floor, with their subordinates, it seems like they didn't trust each other, and it made sense, but Ren did not Pass on this information as he looked on at how Kitsuchi would find the targets.

Kitsuchi Stood on the branch of a tree as he looked at the mission target's hideout, he knew he needed to find out what was happening inside before sending his team in. Jumping down from the tree Kitsuchi formed some head seals.

"Earth release;...."
