Moments In Time [XI]

Qin Ruo closed his door. He turned around and went back to his bed. Qin Ruo stared at the ceiling, but couldn't fall asleep. The ceiling wss pure white. In dim light, it turned orange.

Qin Ruo picked up a book from the bedside table. This book was originally in this room. I don't know who put it here.

This is a science fiction novel that tells the story of human clones. It was written by the Japanese-British writer Kazuo Ishiguro. The name was "Don't Leave Me". Although it seems that there was no horror description between the lines, this kind of ethical novel about cloned human beings was always full of horror for Qin Ruo, who wws very sensitive to it.
