In the old days, tales of heroes and gods were simply regarded as myth. They were stories that only entertained and inspired. 

It wasn't until the Great Change (Dawn of Magic) in the middle ages that the legends became truth. 

Miracles and magic were reintroduced into the world once more, bringing about a new age.

Years after the Great Change, a middle-class boy named Leo would aim to start his story.

A Tale of Adventure

Nodding in approval, the leader of the guards then directed himself to the mob of citizens and declared, "We'll be taking responsibility over this disturbance. In the meantime, the rest of you men and women must clear this space at once; a group of mages will be coming to investigate this tragedy. Please cooperate by moving along!" 


Reluctantly, everyone eventually abided by the guard's words and left to go about their own businesses. Leo and Austin also stalked off after giving one last fleeting glance at the mutilated corpse. Retracing their steps back in the direction they had arrived from, neither of them were able to utter a word to each other.
