Consequences
[ Tsujii Tameoshi ]
"AHH!" Scream after scream. The Rings were getting wiped out by the boy. I can hear those orbs blasting each one of them.
Each one of those guys has their own family. Their dreams. And it didn't take a moment to wipe out their existence from the world... Those beautiful dreams shattered in minutes.
'Shit! Run Tameoshi!' I screamed inside my head. Some people smashed into me and fell into the crowd.
Sorry... We fight to run back to our lives. I'm doing the same thing as you guys. Continue to fight!
I didn't lose my will. I wanted to see my wife again.
Blast! Another one of the orbs erased the crowd behind me. The next one would get me. I was only moments away from getting blasted by it.
Right at that moment... My luck increased.
I saw some blue ripples scattering across the sky. The source that created it was a light jump from outer space. I knew something was coming.
Whatever it was... It took the boy's attention.

[ Shiroma Aoi ]
"Finally! We've arrived! Someone's already attacking him! Who would've known? This is impossible!" I screamed as I saw the battle from below.
We've struck from outer space with 3 ships. Thank God we took the squadron! Or we would die fending them off... alone.
"Indeed... Like I told you. That guy there is something far more valuable than anything I've ever seen!" Oki-san said. "So it's only natural that he's already found!"
I was suited in my armor. I was the only one with white metal armor. My father was a well-known mechanic. He's the one who's created it... For my dream of joining the special force of Rings.
That was until the Rings killed my father, stole some of his work, and left a fatherless child all alone.
"Bastards!" I whispered to myself. Oki-san gazed at me and narrowed his eyes. "Be patient... Aoi-san. We can win this. Besides, the guy is on our side. We just have to take him and escape this place!"
I nodded.

The Rings were swarming around the Blue Lotus. We only took 3 ships with us and there were already more than 20 Rings there.
But whoever was fighting them; had one hell of a blast. With one blast, the Rings charging towards him turned to dust.
"Aoi-san! We need to jump! We can't go closer to it and risk our ship!"
Oki-san was always correct. I was the captain of my squadron but I trusted Oki-san more than anything.
"Yes! We'll take off, Senpai!"
He declared to the pilots to open the back of the ship. The door lifted wide open and a minute later, we jumped overboard.
"Head straight to the battle! No fighting! Only defending!!" I declared through my earpiece.
5 of the Reapers jumped overboard with me. Oki-san and 3 of my teammates.
"Roger that captain!" The 3 Reapers declared.
I trusted my team with all my life. They didn't have a uniform unique to our team but our hearts made the Reapers unique. Each of them wore a suit that fitted their skill. Including me.
'We're coming... Hang on tight... Senpai...' The white haired guy's face popped up to my head. I still didn't know what was happening... But the feeling was so good.

The moment the boy looked away, I had a split second to escape. I stood up and saw the crowd rushing out to the streets.
The crowd scattered everywhere and I started to rush out too. My legs... They started to vibrate and everything around me froze.
Two wide steps and a sonic boom... I dashed through the crowd. It was happening too fast.
I couldn't even feel my body. It was like the atoms inside me were distorted.
"I—"
When I stopped, I looked behind me. 7 humans stood in the midst... One guy's head has been blown... One man's hand flying across the air and the expressions in their faces.
That was just fear. Not pain. I was too fast. I figured it. I had run right through all 7 of them. Still... I was moving faster than time and I was unharmed.
My hands... Vibrating faster than anything I've ever seen before. This was Glitching... And the consequences were right before me.
Behind the 7 half-dead people, there was the boy. He caused all of this. What for? To kill me without a reason.
I closed my eyes.
Flash! Another bright flash... But this time; it was out of my own will.
I cleared my mind, my thoughts, and my feelings. I just needed one thing now. To kill that kid before he causes more chaos.
I turned to him.
"Uh—" he was looking right at me. Just standing there, way creepier than the wicked grin. His eyes darted towards me.
He clenched his fists. Now I knew he could move just like I did. Faster than time itself.
Suddenly, the wind started to swirl around his fist... Almost as if his fist was sucking in the air around him. It was absolutely magical.
But what was happening to me... That was law-breaking. An unnatural cause.
As I kept staring at the boy, I felt an urge to jump. Suddenly, the boy took a step back and within a split second, he was in front of me. His fist was right in front of my nose.
But the boy froze too. I beat him. I was moving even faster than he did.
I jumped aside and even then, I didn't feel my feet move. I just appeared beside him. I warped.
BOOM! With a sonic boom, the kid cut through the air at the speed of light. The view was amazing. The power... was... Cough!
I coughed out blood. My whole view was turning red. Cough! I was vomiting out blood now. Suddenly... I passed out.

"Our target! He passed out! Defend him! All Reapers! Defend the... Glitch!" I didn't know what else to say to him. The whole team saw his power.
And he wasn't the only one who was interesting. The little boy... He had miraculous power.
Suddenly, some Rings charged at us. But Eiris-sama and Shino-chan covered me. They were twins and they always did twin attacks.
Both of them had long scythes and both wore mechanical suits.
"We'll take care of them! You save the Glitch, Captain!" Shino-chan declared.
I plummeted and flew towards the guy. He was unconscious. This was the best chance to take him.
