You take the two of them to your home first, warning them that they'll need to be quiet since your mom is staying here and you don't want them to disturb her. "Just one parent only, Dorn Wilton?" Jax asks curiously, and you shake your head, saying that the Major hasn't come back from her meeting yet.

"The Major? You call your other parent the Major?" Ami asks, raising an eyebrow. "What kind of family issues do you have here?" she asks again. You shrug, telling them that even your mom calls her the Major since that's her rank in the military, and that if she were promoted, you'd probably call her the Colonel instead.

"Major? As in Major Dorn Wilton?" Jax asks suddenly, staring intently at you as you open the door and the three of you enter your house. You nod and ask him if he's heard of the Major before. "Damn…I didn't expect the Major's kid to be a damn good soldier too. She must be proud of you, following in her footsteps and all," he says, leaving Ami to stare at the two of you. "Major who?" she asks the two of you.

"Lemurian war hero, honey, although she's more of a tactical geniusthan a warrior like us," Jax explains. "Held off the invaders in the Lemurian invasion until the Magikiras units were deployed for the first time," he says and glances at you. "Maybe that's where you got your soldier pedigree from?" he says with a sly smirk. You shrug at his words; you've honestly never thought about it before, seeing that you've been a Magikiras fan since you were young.

You lead them to their room and usher them in, asking them if there's anything that they'd want to do later and you also tell them that your mom is probably going to cook something for them for dinner. "Oooh…that's nice of her," Ami coos and then glances at Jax. "Well, in that case, let's head out for lunch after we're done unpacking, and we'll plan something out from that point onwards?" she suggests.

Sounds good to you.
