Or do you really want me to say it out loud?" she says and waits for your reaction before saying, "We're going to have to put Lee down. That wasn't Lee back there who attacked us; it was a Fiend. Either it was a Snatcher or a Reanimator, I don't know, but either way, it doesn't matter: we have to kill Lee before we can kill the Fiend within her."

You swallow and ask if she knows any other way to defeat the Fiend within, and she shakes her head. "Believe me. If there was a way, I think everyone who lost a friend or family member to those things would have tried it already, and we would have heard about it. But there isn't, and we have to kill Lee and put her to rest, whether for the first time or the second is the only question that we don't really know the answer to," Altug says, sounding upset at how things have turned out.

The air is heavy at this point and no one dares to say anything, at least for a short while.
