The Situation

Voran persuaded Mival Belloc to fight under his banner. He was currently awaiting the arrival of the Diplomats of the Elaydric Kingdom who were on their way to his location. Voran spent most of his time alone in the palace's backyard. He adored the tranquillity of the setting.

The quieter the environment, the better his concentration will be. He was in the palace's backyard, calming down and purifying the Ki in his body. He made every effort to purify all of the impure Ki in his body so that it would be pure and easy for him to use.

"It is extremely difficult to entice the Valaunter Selek. What keeps him firm in his stance despite the fact that he knows his family is my prisoner? Their lives are in my hands, and when he makes his decision, I may have to take drastic measures. Nonetheless, he remained unwavering. This attitude is very appealing to me, and I want it. It's difficult to deal with someone like him, but having subordinates like him would be reassuring."

Voran reflected on a few things while he was alone. Veus and Larsson had taken on several important tasks related to the conquest of the territories he had not conquered. He was also informed of their progress. They had conquered two of the four territories. They were currently confronted with another region and negotiating the surrender of one of the region's leaders who met Voran's requirements.

The moment Voran learned of the conquest's progress. He is both happy and sad when there is a problem that needs to be solved right away. What kind of action should he take for the residents of the Arannor Kingdom's former territory? Should he adopt a soft, casual, or firm stance? He is still unable to make a firm decision. In each of these areas, there are several considerations as well as problems.

News continued to come in from both the capital of Higgster and the conquering army. With each new piece of information he received, he felt compelled to establish a special division to oversee the collection of all information and news in each field. A division within the Intelligence Department. Although he is unsure whether he should form this division. His mind couldn't get away from the subject, and he ruminated on it for several days.

Belloc chose to join Mival's kingdom after Mival chose to join his kingdom. Voran gave him a few days off to spend with his family before reporting to him for work. Of course, he was under surveillance. He would never let go of someone who had simply given up on him. If he did, it would only lead to disaster.

"Huft... it appears to be this. It was an experience I never expected to have. Interesting! The most difficult problem is not only within my own territory, but also within the Edarecia Kingdom. It is impossible to rule out the Edarecia Kingdom's involvement in any action I take."

Voran found it difficult not to think about the Kingdom of Edarecia, which wielded such great power and territory. However, based on information he obtained from some of his subordinates. The kingdom is currently experiencing some issues related to Lords or Bandits who are appearing frequently. A lord is either a powerful cultivator with a small territory or a cultivator who belongs to a specific group and wields power over a specific area.

Voran was well aware of how dangerous a Lord or a Bandit could be. They have a strong influence and are difficult to get rid of, similar to the moths that bother them. Voran was aware that some of them were in the area he was currently occupying. The more he thought about them, the angrier he became.

Their strength is calculated, and they have their own military power, which I am not familiar with. Their movements are unpredictable, and they prefer surprise attacks to open warfare. When Voran reflected on the situation. Suddenly, he had an idea and a plan that could surprise him greatly.

"Can I just drag them over to my side and take advantage of them? Their strength must be excellent, as they will be of great assistance. I can send them as exploration troops or use them to disrupt territories in other kingdoms. It was something I should have done. Despite the fact that this world has been mapped out, I still need to be aware of the entire territory, including the situation. I can get clearer and more up-to-date information by sending them."

Voran spends a lot of time alone and thinks about the problems he encounters in each of the areas he controls. Several thoughts kept running through his mind. If he expands his territory, he will need to improve the area's administration, which is currently lacking. The more territory he controlled, the more important officials he would require, such as the governor of the territory. He couldn't possibly manage the entire territory he ruled.

Voran had been thinking about a lot of things. His troops had taken control of the third region, and Larsson was currently meeting with the leader of the last region, who had his own opinion. As he approached the small town's walls, he maintained a calm demeanor. Larsson felt no weight or pressure as he approached the defensive walls of the territory. Despite the fact that the archers were aiming their arrows at him, Larsson approached him with a friendly smile.

"Where has your leader gone? I'd like to speak with him. I'll just say that if your leader does not speak up, bad things will happen to you. Let him out!" He spoke in his normal tone. It was, however, heard by the archers and those within the city. Those who heard it took a deep breath as their ears were filled with intense pressure.

Larsson positioned his hands behind his back. He remained where he was, watching them all. Despite the fact that there were numerous arrows aimed at him, he wore no fear on his face. Larsson waited for the leader to emerge, and the entire army waited for his signal to attack not far from his position.

Soon after, a young man emerged, his face solemn. His eyes radiated self-assurance, and his posture was firm, despite his nervousness as he approached Larsson. Larsson's pressure is not to be taken lightly. Despite the fact that he remained in his position, he applied tremendous pressure to those who came his way. Larsson's expression did not change when he noticed the young man approaching him.

"What do you want to discuss with me? All I have to do is get here." When he said that, the young man couldn't hide his nervousness. He felt depressed as soon as his eyes met Larsson's.

Larsson listened to him and looked calmly at the young man. He scanned it to see if the youth was the one Voran was looking for. He was aware of every movement she made, including the way she looked at him. Larsson smiled after a few seconds of staring at him and took small steps toward him.
