Wolf Realm

The training was canceled the next day, and our staff informed the Dean's office of the basis for the summons to report yesterday night's occurrences.

We'd hardly been asleep for two hours when Maggie's eyelids became droopy. I see at Alpha Colton, and Hudson doesn't appear to get enough sleep. Xavier had yet to return to university from the Gargoyle realm.

My heart was racing as we got closer to the Dean's office since I was afraid of what he could say about my decision to breach the rules with Xavier. The next time Xavier tries to get me to breach the laws with him, I won't listen to him. my past and present are not the same since they are continuously updated with new situations.

I only hope the crucial events I remember from my previous life happen in the same timeframe; if not, I have to prepare myself to survive and have a strong connection with my colleagues, so I don't die again, and Eva doesn't take my power.

"Aria…" Dean said, and his eyes met mine as I raised my head. "You breached the law with full knowledge of the repercussions." His deep voice made me shudder, and I was freezing like hell." Do you admit you made a mistake?" I responded with a nod.

"Your report said you battled the aliens in Gargoyle, right?" Dean inquired. "Dean, yes." The Dean took a big breath and closed his eyes, and we all stood there waiting for Dean's decision.

"Aria, since you are a newbie, I'll give you one final warning, but if you do it again, you'll be punished," Dean muttered as he opened his eyes, and I exhaled inwardly with relief. "Thank you, Dean; I will be careful not to breach the regulations."

He nods, and some emotion flashes over his face.

But I couldn't grasp it.

"Please let me know when Xavier returns, Colton. I will not be lenient with him." Dean stated angrily at Alpha Colton, who sighed in return. Hudson smirked, and Maggie didn't care.

"Moreover, after hearing from Colton about your mission last night, I'm pleased to see Maggie and Aria taking down Aliens," Dean said with a small smile, Maggie and I grinned in response.

"Colton and Aria, I'm sending you two new missions: one to New York City to take down the Lizard Alien, and one to Minnesota to take down the Spider Alien," Dean said that we were all nodding our heads in agreement.

"Aria, I need to do some work in the wolf world first, and then I'll meet up with you later in the evening," Colton stated. And I nodded, but he hesitated. "Aria, What if my world is also under assault by this slime? Can you come along with me to investigate?" I was apprehensive because of the event with Xavier, and Dean also gave me the last warning. He is staring at me.

"The protection of the magical realm is essential to me. Therefore, I'll seek the Dean for permission." Alpha Colton said. "First, you beg permission before me, and then I will come," I said. After he sighed at me, we turned around and returned to the office, where the Dean gave his approval. "We'll meet in an hour, bring some clothing, and we'll be gone for three days." I sighed at his incursion, which I was aware of.

As soon as I recalled the past event that Eva and Colton had previously completed this task and successfully returned, I knew that the journey to New York would be fruitful.

"What are you doing standing there?" Colton remarked, and I saw him walking ahead along the corridor. I walked with him and then went back to my room, where I packed my bag and examined my Diary for occurrences at Dark academy that I remembered and heard about, and I wrote them down. I read my Diary to see if I miss anything essential events.

I read my journal, and Dan joined the Elite Group this following month. Unfortunately, he died on his first assignment because the Alien Dean felt they were of low grade and could be taken care of by the new group. Still, the situation spiraled out of hand, and the Aliens transformed into more vicious and robust, resulting in his death.

This is a severe issue. How do I prevent Dan from becoming a member of the Elite group when he won't listen to me since I'm a stranger? Ugh… Knowing and fixing problems ahead of time is also a significant pain in the ass.

I just checked my Diary and Xavier's death is also around Dan's timeline, which is essential to note. What a strange coincidence.

I opened my door after hearing a knock. I saw Alpha Colton with the bag in one hand, and he stared at me and then at the Diary, which I immediately shut and put under my desk. "You're late as usual." Colton sighed.

Rule-following and punctuality have always been important to him. Do you find it hard to think that a guy who has always followed the rules may one day become a dictator?

We entered the vortex and landed in the Wolf world, where I saw Dan and another man, maybe his Beta, but I'm not sure. "Dan, don't bring up joining the team with me again." Colton snarled angrily

"We have Aria here to investigate the slimes in our region, Loki. But, first, take her to the Packhouse and assign her a room." He nods, and I follow Loki, noting that Dan resembled Colton and that both brothers went in opposite directions, with the Manor visible in the distance.

"Dan, please don't bother me." I could hear Colton growling and Loki nodding his head in agreement since he could hear the words."Aria, please tell me if any ladies abuse you while you're here." He said in a warning tone.

"Thank you for the warning, and if somebody does abuse me, please don't mind me if you hear any ladies of Packhouse sobbing or whining about it." Loki raised an eyebrow in response to my answer. When I got to the Manor's entrance, all of the packhouse members gazed at me like I was an antique in a museum.

"So you must be the Pack's Beta." He nodded as he led me to the hallway to my room, and I entered the simple guest room. Loki left me in the room after I finished my food. Loki led me past Colton's office to explain our purpose for the night.

"You must be a rare species member of my brother's team." It was before I met Colton that Dan came forward. "Yes, I am; do you need anything from me?"

Dan glanced at me. "It would be great if you could persuade my brother, but you don't seem close to him yet." I raised an eyebrow at him, and Loki groaned in response to Dan's comments. I wish I could advise him not to join, but it wouldn't be helpful, given his eagerness.

"What exactly do you mean by close...If you'd like, I can try to talk to him." After Dan's face erupted into a gleeful grin, I wish I hadn't said anything.

But instead, Loki gave me a disapproving look but said nothing. "I mean, you are not like the other rare female Eva, with whom my brother just broke up when he discovered she doubted dating Him with Hudson," Loki grunted at Dan and closed his mouth as my jaw dropped.

This is a new development I have yet to learn of. Still, I will seek information about it from Dan because I need to know more about Eva since, contrary to my first assumptions, she is the source of a more significant issue.

"Dan, get out of Aria's way; she needs to talk to Alpha," Loki muttered abruptly, and Dan walked away, leaving me to stare forward at the distant door.

"Alpha, as you requested, I brought Aria," Loki said. When I entered his room, he glanced at me. "So, we're going to look for slime at night, and Loki will help us," Colton said firmly.

"All OK; anything else," I ask. Colton gets up from his chair after looking at Loki for a while. And take a position in front of me.

"Tell me how you used such a barrier's advance magic and how you came up with the notion to destroy slime using a mixture of components." I didn't fear him since his stare was fixed on me.

"Maggie taught me magic, and I am a hybrid, so I could easily get mastery of magic." And the notion of combining came to me to test whether it worked." So I expressed everything clearly and fearlessly.

"Xavier, you're keeping something from us." Why does this person care about other people's business? And I'm not going to rat on Xavier since his life is at risk from Eva, and I'm not sure who else is assisting that Bitch.
