Fight

The wolf version of Colton continued to charge at me, and I continued to defend myself with magic. Unfortunately, I could not unleash my most potent magic on the wolf form of Colton, since doing so would cause damage to other individuals in the nearby surroundings. I see a brown wolf strolling healthily, and I know it's Loki because its eyes are gazing at me, followed by a black wolf.

Black wolf glared at me with his furious canines as he lunged at me. Finally, the brown wolf pushed the black wolf away. I could have a breather from the fighting and did my best to figure out which spell would assist me in stopping him.

What if I cast a sleep spell on him? If that occurs, the wolf will return, and Colton can transform into human form, allowing him to cakewalk the battle between the Black and Brown fur engaged in intense fighting. So I say the chant and use the magic ball in a white hue to strike the black wolf at vampiric speed.

Slowly, the black wolf lost his senses, and the brown wolf came to a halt and gazed at the black wolf and me. Then, the brown wolf growled at me while displaying its canine teeth to scare me away. I'm guessing he thinks I did something horrible to Alpha. "Loki, I've just cast a spell on Alpha Colton." However, the brown immediately became more composed and reverted to his human shape upon hearing what I had to say.

Loki and I observe Colton's wolf's shape transform into Colton's human form, which returns, leaving Colton's human form sleeping soundly.

"I appreciate it, Aria." Loki panted a bit. Even I wiped the sweat off my forehead, and I was glad to have put an end to Colton. "I've never seen Alpha Colton lose control of his wolf." He muttered, and I followed Loki back to the mansion after picking up Alpha Colton.

"How long will Alpha Colton sleep? Then, if he wakes up, the wolf will strive to reclaim power." Loki Inquired.

"Until I reverse the sleeping spell, he won't wake up, and I'm heading to the Academy to notify Dean about the situation and Dan." Loki shook his head, agreeing to my idea, and when he arrived at the Mansion, Loki proceeded to take Alpha Colton his suite. And so I made my way back to my room to get my bag and go to the Academy. Loki came to say goodbye before I left for Academy, and it was nearly late when I returned to my college grounds.

Dean will not be at his office or on campus; he must have gone home and will return at 6:00 a.m. So, until then, I carried my bag to my room and collapsed into bed, my body aching from exhaustion and overuse of magic.

I can't help but wonder what happened to Dan when he vanished from his Realm, where nobody else and no extraterrestrials was there.

I wish I could answer this question, but because everything differs from my previous life, I don't know. Knowing how to fight and use magic gained in earlier life is the only thing that enables me to survive the threat.

A knock came at my door, and I couldn't move since my body hurt so much, so I used magic to open it. His emerald eyes lift an eyebrow at me, and I can't help but stare back at him. "Xavier, please come in; I can't move a muscle."

I replied from my bed, and he moved over to the armchair.

"You were supposed to be in the wolf realm on a mission. So why did you come all by yourself?" I cast a skeptical glance at him. "What is with that look, Aria?"

"How did you know I returned? Did you have a spy on me, too?" I grunted in fury; I'm not sure why I felt that way, but I did. "Dean instructed me to maintain a watch on the campus all night as punishment, and I spotted you are strolling" he let out an exhausted sigh, and I stared at him. He did seem weary.

"Then you should finish your punishment," I replied irritably. Xavier's eyes and face scrutinized me. "Why are you being so angry? You weren't even given a penalty, to begin with!" Then, with a grimace, he said. "So you want me to be punished, Xavier?" I hissed.

"Aria, I didn't intend it that way; I simply saw you with a sad look and became concerned, so I came to check on you," Xavier suggested being cool, and I strive to keep a reasonable mind and not let my emotions get me. "Sorry," Xavier grinned in acknowledgment.

"Will you tell me or what?" Xavier's query and my sorrowful look, and I described everything about the trip, leaving out my advance argument with Colton Wolf since Xavier would ask many questions about it.

"This is a significant concern; I'll contact the dean." Xavier pulled out a stone and chanted, and the stone sparkled briefly before disappearing.

"I've informed Dean about the urgency; he'll be here any minute." I nodded as Xavier suggested. "Leave us alone and wait for Near Dean's office." I arose from my bed and proceeded gently with Xavier to Dean's office, where I saw the walk-in casual and unlocked the door. Dean's expression was filled with perplexity and worry as Xavier described everything.

"I'm calling Hudson and Maggie back," Dean stated. "Dean will let them handle our assignment, and the three of us will have to go to the wolf world and seek Dan instead of focusing on the problem with Colton." Dean paused for a while before responding to my suggestion.

"You are correct in that regard." Dean didn't waste any time informing Hudson and Maggie about the assignment they were about to go on.

We both went back to our dorms to gather our weapons in case we needed them, and some energy bars for me, Dean, and Xavier, and I stepped into the wolf world, where I saw the packhouse half demolished and the howling of the wolves continuing. "Shit, he broke the magic." I snarled loudly, and Dean, Mark, Xavier, and I dashed to a location where we could hear the fighting sounds.

We stopped to see the wolf combat Alpha Colton Black Fur and its onslaught on his beloved people, and Loki was nowhere to be found. "Aria, employ the sleeping spell since I have wolf-bane." Dean Mark said. I wasted no time and attempted to use magic again, but the Colton wolf spotted my assault and was about to use his claws. Still, Xavier rushed in between and absorbed the impact, and thankfully, nothing happened to Xavier's gargoyle form.

As everyone else works to divert the wolf's attention, I hold my spell above my head and wait for the right moment to cast it. Upon recognizing the opportunity, I released the attack, which made the wolf make a low growling sound as it collapsed to the ground, and the magic took effect. Xavier reverts to his human shape, and I see that the other wolf is doing the same thing.

"Xavier, take him to the spot by the oak tree. I need to use wolfs-bane magic to keep the wolf away, and I need to talk to Colton so that he can bring his emotions under control." Loki appeared human, bruised, and bloodied, with wounds all over his body.

"How many people have been injured?" I asked about Loki. "I'm not sure, but..." Loki looked to be panting heavily.

"This scene here is troubling," Xavier expressed worry. "Should we enlist another elite group's help to help us heal these people?" Xavier inquired of Dean. "I've already summoned Fae to cure the wounded and the witches to repair the packhouse damage," Dean explained calmly.

"I can employ healing magic while we wait for them." Before I made my decision, I waited for Dean to answer. I used my magic on Loki, unconscious once again, and he recovered from his wounds.

I saw Xavier and Dean gaze at me for a split second before leaving me to do my task and taking Colton to utilize wolf-bane magic. As Loki returned to his senses and stared at me as I did the healing, I continued using my Fae magic on others. I felt increasingly tired as I did so, and I waited patiently for the Fae and witches. The more I waited, the more serious the damaged situation became. However, my whole body hurt and screamed in anguish, and despite this, I recovered more.

"Aria, you have a bleeding nose." Loki approached, a troubled expression on his face. "You should stop your magic." Loki made a suggestion.

As soon as I detected the presence of Fae and witches' energies about me, my sighs of relief became louder. "Aria, please relax." Loki's faint voice came to me as I sat on the ground with my back resting on the tree bark. I watched Fae using their magic and mending the wounded wolf and the witch to rebuild the shattered packhouse, and I felt the tiredness crushing me, and I saw Xavier come to me and stare at me with worry.

"Aria, you're going to pass out at any minute." I smiled at him.

"Geez...Than..." My eyelids were heavy, and I couldn't hold them open.
