Emotion

After discussing how to fight and what roles we would play if a crisis arose, however, the following day came for me to practice my combat skills with my teammates and put them through their tests on the front lines of combat.

"Oh, my God." Maggie let out a merry whistle as she saw Hudson, Colton, and Xavier working shirtless while she was having a good time flirting with them. It drew the attention of our three other team members to Maggie, and they grunted at her, which caused her to laugh, as did I. "I'm sorry, guys, I have hormones, and when I see muscles, my flirt instinct kicks in." Maggie stated. Maggie sighed as she saw them put on some t-shirts.

"Maggie, you're brightening my gloomy attitude." Four of them were staring at me. I've been experiencing nightmares lately about my childhood orphanage abuse and student bullying. In the dream of this occurring, my memories in the mix made me sick. Maggie stared at me with worry when I blurted out my issues, which I shouldn't have done.

"Let's get started with our warmup and sparring." I cheerfully told them to get out of the awakened air as I began my warmup session, and my teammates didn't ask me anything else since Maggie was also starting her warmup at the same time as I was. Colton spars with Hudson and Xavier with swords till we warm up. Colton spars with Hudson and Xavier with blades as we warm up.

After a significant amount of sword training, close combat with Hudson, and magic-learning fights with Maggie and Xavier. My teammates hardly broke a sweat, but I was gasping for air, and we all had to take a break from training since the human body needed rest.

"You guys don't have to stop practicing for me." They all sighed in response to what I said. "Even if we aren't human, we want a break from sparring," Colton remarked, and I nodded, but I got the impression that Colton didn't want to make me feel bad because I couldn't keep up with their speed. What an adorable thing to do, and after a fair bit of relaxation, we resumed our training.

Colton sat back in the room after everyone had gone, deep in thought. "Colton….." He lifted his head from his thoughts. "Did Dean uplift the wolfbane magic from you?" Xavier shrugged.

But I was still curious about his situation, so I asked, "How are you going to battle without your wolf?" He fixed his gaze on me. "I'm not sure. Dean said he'd give the magic key to one of our team members to reverse my wolfbane's spell so I could use my wolf." He elaborated.

"OK, Colton, I'll see you in the afternoon." As I attempted to give him some space since he was still fighting emotionally, "Aria." I turn to gaze at Colton, whose expression carries a hint of tenderness in it. "I'll make sure Bryce won't bother you in the future." I stared at him, surprised, and nodded with a smile. Then I left the sparring class. I strolled down the corridor to my dorm room and saw Hudson waiting for me.

"Why are you waiting here in the first place?" Hudson did not respond, instead just staring at me. "Come on in, Hudson," I said. He couldn't enter without inviting him in.

"My brother is in my room, and I don't want to see him right now, and Maggie talks too much, and Xavier didn't allow me into his room, and I don't understand why he is furious with me," He said suddenly.

"You have the option of using the Colton room." He rolled his eyes. "You know Colton is suffering and that he needs space." His voice was concerned. "Is it a myth that Vampire and Wolf are adversaries because, seeing you, Colton, it seems you are excellent friends?" As Hudson sat on the armchair, I took off my athletic sneakers.

"We both have a long way to go in terms of friendship term; trust me when I say the vampire-wolf connection is like cats and dogs." So he spoke as he recalled the past. "Aria, why does Xavier appear so protective of you?" As I put on my casual attire for the afternoon team meeting, his startling query drew my attention to him.

"It's nothing. You're seeing too much into." So that you know- I responded firmly. I didn't want to tell him the truth. "I think maybe, and should I murder Bryce for you?" Hudson spoke with a smug grin on his face.

"I want you to assist me in getting rid of his corpse." Hudson believed that his dark comment would cause me to be afraid of him, but given that I have lived the last life and am familiar with every emotion I have encountered, I am not frightened by him. Hudson's stare deepens in response to my statements.

"You are strange." I lifted my brows in response to his comment. "Are you still going to avoid your brother and take a seat in my room?" He rose from his seat and approached me.

"Aria, it was a lie. I wanted to spend some time with you. And learn more about you." He said Husky, and a smile appeared on his face as he witnessed my surprise at his comments.

"Just so you are aware, I am not joking around. If Bryce harms you, I will not spare him. "Why does Hudson say things like that? I should talk to Maggie about the behavior of Xavier and Hudson since she has a better understanding of feelings than I have.

Hudson sighed at me as he observed my confused expression. "You don't understand, Aria." He inquired. Well, I looked at what I didn't understand his emotion at the moment. "Well, that's good you don't understand yet." He shrugged his shoulders.

"You are dense sometimes. I'm not sure whether you're acting or you are dense," said Hudson.

"Can you speak up in plain terms? It's perplexing." I scowled. Hudson caressed the strand of my hair with his palms. "Aria…. Why don't you ask Maggie to help you understand?" He stated this while maintaining a smirking expression as I pushed his hand away from me. "Why don't you hurry up and get out of my way so I can get some rest?"

"OK, don't be too mad... Take this to protect me from the poison." He grabbed my hand and placed a black pearl bracelet on my palm; a pearl is given as a sign of keeping the lover or family safe from harm, and I gazed at him, who had a kind glance. What sensations do I experience near Xavier, Hudson, or Colton? I think I'm unwell. As he walked away, I placed the black pearl on the table and entered a hot shower to soothe my aching muscles.

"Ms. Aria, Dean, as summoned, you to his office right now." Dean's assistant was at my door before an hour's mission departure; I arrived at the Dean's office and saw no one else there, so why did Dean only call me to his office?

"Aria, take a seat." The assistant left us alone, which frightened me since his aura was powerful, like the rest of my teammates, excluding Maggie. "You are familiar with Colton's wolfbane magic, and I will give you the key spell to open that magic." I agreed with Dean's statements by nodding my head.

"Also, Aria, you excel at everything, so keep your strength to yourself..." I stared at him when I heard him say that. Could it be? Dean knows that I have been reborn. "Don't be so tense, Aria." I just nodded.

"You are a fast learner, and I see you thrive in class and other areas, but you are afraid to use your full power." He continued.

"Thank you, Dean." I didn't know how to respond to my doubt, since what I was thinking was not something he was familiar with, and I couldn't openly ask him that question if he knew about rebirth. Dean's look made it impossible to comprehend his feelings. "Please take this, Aria." Dean wrote the spell on a piece of paper and rapidly learned and destroyed the key to getting into the hands of others.

"You're ahead of us." Colton went in, and I saw Hudson, Xavier r, and Maggie had arrived with no uniforms; instead of wearing casuals or correct, we were going to mix with the inhabitants of aliens who are camouflaged as humans, and we needed to dress casually. Dean gave us a piece of jewelry to hide our abilities from the aliens. A necklace identical concealed my capabilities to the one Maggie had; however, Colton, Hudson, and Xavier each had a Ring stone directly in front of them to disguise their abilities.
