Troublemaker

They were in the middle of the class when the voice of their school counselor came into the speakers that was spread all over the school. It was used whenever there was an announcement needed to be made.

And it was obvious that it was important since it was being announced even in the middle of the class.

"Juliet Park, Chloe Sanderson, please go to the counsellor office." The school counselor said in a firm no-nonsense tone of voice.

Juliet and Chloe looked at each other. They already have an idea why they were being called by the school counsellor in the middle of their class.

"What did you do and why am I not included? I also want to get out of this boring class." Blaire demanded to them with a pout.

Juliet had to agree. If there was any thing good about being called to the counsellors office, it was to get out of their class earlier. Blaire was right. Their current class was such a snoozefest. Well, maybe because their teacher was in enthusiastic with how he was teaching. He seemed so bored himself and just also want to get out of there. And to think they were in a literature class which was supposed to be fun since it was about literature.

Despite Juliet's reckless attitude, she loved literature, especially if it was stories about myths and adventurers. But it was such a waste that they got this boring teacher who mostly read by the book without regaling them about the stories or giving them activities.

Juliet bet she could teach this boring class better than their lazy teacher.

"You didn't hear yet about Chloe smacking a tray on Monica's face?" Juliet asked Blaire.

"Oooh, really? Sadly, I haven't heard about it earlier. Only now from you. Can we get a replay on that? I wish I was there. Damn. Where did I even go at that time?" Blaire muttered disappointedly.

Juliet raised her brow. "It was during lunch. I guess you're class isn't done yet or you're having some project meeting with your classmates." She guessed.

"Probably the group meeting." Blaire said with a nod. "Anyway, let's go. I'm coming with you two." She declared as she started putting her things inside her bag.

Chloe rolled her eyes at Blaire. "You're not even included."

"Hey, if I only need to smack someone just so I can go with you two, I can smack our teacher so he'd wake up from being a lazyass and start to act lively." Blaire muttered before standing up from her seat and headed straight to the door without a backward glance. Even their teacher didn't bother stopping her from leaving. Probably thought that she was included to them who was called to the counsellors office.

Juliet and Chloe just shrugged and headed out as well.

"I swear we need to transfer class. Going to our current literature class is a waste." Juliet declared. "I really want to have our literature class to be more fun."

"Well, it's just the start of our school year so we can probably still transfer class with a different teacher." Chloe suggested.

"Yeah, we can." Blaire muttered as she started scrolling on her tablet as she checked the school's website to look for the school's class schedules. "And it seems that the other Literature class is still open. We can just go to the registration office and tell them we want to exchange our class schedule." She suggested.

"Cool. Let's do that after we go to the counsellor's office." Juliet said with a grin. Finally! They would be free from their lazy ass teacher.

"Or I can do that while you two go to the counsellors office. Then I can wait for you guys outside the counsellor's office after I go to the registrar's office." Blaire suggested.

Juliet nodded. "Yeah. That can work, too. Since you're not really included to go to the Counsellor 's office. And it's better if we can secure our spot as soon as possible before anyone else got the same idea as us." She told Blaire.

Blaire nodded. "Then I'll see you girls later. Prevent the counsellor from having his high blood up while talking to you both." She even joked.

"Yeah. We're not that troublesome." Chloe muttered.

"Says you who smack someone with a solid tray smack straight on the face." Blaire pointed out in amusement.

Chloe rolled her eyes.

Juliet chuckled.

It didn't take long for them to arrived inside the counsellor's office. After they arrive, the assistant announced their presence before the counsellor told them to come in his office.

And it was not a surprise that they saw Monica there. With her bandaged nose and swollen red face.

Juliet and Chloe couldn't help laughing out loud.

Monica glared at them in-between her sobbing.

While the counsellor sighed. He might counsel and advise the students and try to help them as much as he could, but he couldn't really berate them too much or scold them. After all, these students were mostly from prominent families. All he could do about that was to get each student's sides of the story, informed their parents if things got really serious and then decide on what punishment the student have to do. Besides detention, students could have their punishment by helping the school staff with cleaning the school, gardening, helping the servers at the pantry, or arranging and cleaning books at the library.

"Better stop crying Monica, or your eyes will swell even more." Juliet advised in-between laughing.

Chloe even chortled.

Monica narrowed her eyes at them. After going to the doctor's office in their school to get her face looked at and get some painkillers, she went straight to the counsellor's office to tell the counsellor what happened and so she could get Juliet and Chloe in trouble.

"Laugh all you want but soon you'll be the ones in trouble." Monica declared scathingly.

Juliet raised her brow, while Chloe scoffed at Monica.

"You're always delusional Monica." Chloe muttered while shaking her head. "You're aware that our prestigious school has CCTV everywhere and that means we have evidence that you're the one who attack first, and we only defend ourselves from your bullying." She pointed out.

Monica narrowed her eyes at them. "But you still git my face with the fucking tray! That's assault!" she declared.

"Nah. I tripped after I slipped on the foods I dropped after you tripped me. It's a double trip." Chloe pointef out and even joked in the end.

And Monica was fuming. She was glaring at them both.

Juliet had the urge to poke Monica's glaring eyeballs but she refrain from doing it in front of the counsellor.

The counsellor sighed again before looking at them all seriously.

"Now. Why don't you all tell me what happened in your own words. Then we'll decide what will happen after we contact both your parents." The counsellor told them.

And so, they all told him what happened at the cafeteria.
