Kanhama, a city and a prefecture located in the Central Region of Japan. As the 20th century is soon coming to a close for the next one to begin, an ever-growing presence of yakuza and other criminal organizations has been rising in the city.

When a secret project between three men from the Keio Alliance based in Osaka and the son of a Korean Mafia leader was unveiled by Kachito, secrets of Kanhama just then began to leak to the public.

The fates of two sworn brothers must go face-to-face with each other to the point where only one will prevail. While at that, more than a dozen destinies will cross their paths.
