"Kurapika, I need to talk to you in private." Silver invited Kurapika then entered Cabin #1.
"What was that about?" Asked Leorio.
"I don't know." Kurapika shook his head after thinking of posibilities.
"You don't have to go, if you don't want to. I heard rumors about Cabin #1, and they were not good at all." Leorio murmured.
"Huh? What do you mean? I stay in Cabin #1 too and nothing is out of place. As a matter of fact, everything is clean and neat." Gon said innocently.
"Doesn't it weird you out that a 'kid' could take on the largest Cabin in front of all those hunter wanabees with inflated egos?!" Leorio couldn't help but shout.
"Huh? Isn't it because it was a cabin for kids like us?" Gon answered while thinking.
"I give up." Leorio sunk his head and shoulders.
"Whatever it is, he will be the only suspect if something happens to me. And he seems to be pretty serious right now." Kurapika said as he stand up and started walking.
"You really are going?" Leorio can't help but warn for the last time.
"You can go ahead! Silver is pretty cool guy." Gon on the other hand encouraged.
Kurapika entered the room and closed the door.
Leorio stood up and sneakily followed Kurapiko. "Leorio, what are you doing!!" Shouted Gon.
"Quiet! Don't you know when someone is trying to eavesdrop!?" Shouted Leorio back.
"But eavesdropping is bad!" Said Gon.
"Gaaaaaah. You ruined it kid." Leorio then went out of the deck instead.
*beeehhhh* Gon sticked out his tongue knowingly.
"What is it you want from me?" Kurapika asked Silver who has his back faced him while surveying the room for any traps.
"You don't have to be guarded around me. After all, we are family." Silver turned to face Kurapika while his eyes are burning Scarlet however diferent to a regular Scarlet eyes, his has a little tail as distinction.
Kurapika was shocked with the sudden declarion and the scarlet eyes staring at him. "Who!? How!?" Kurapika asked as he started to place his hands over his wooden sword handle.
"I guess you have yet to accept it... but you are not the only survivor of the clan that night. Didn't Pairo go out with you weeks before?"
'He knows about Pairo, only a clan member knows that I was away for the clan test. But I can't remember a child with brown hair. And that eyes of his, I feel it's kinda different.' Kurapika took another while taking everything in before answering. "He has passed away. If you really are a member of the clan, who are your parents and how did you survive? Are there any other survivors?" Kurapika hurriedly asked as his breathing started to hasten.
"My parents are Jez and Gee Kurta. They hid me the night the massacre happened." Silver answered in pain while remembering the past.
'Uncle Jez' and Aunt Gee's son?'
"I am afraid to disappoint you. But there are no other survivors. I know, after all I burried them all with my own two hands." Silver explained while watching his two hands remembering the past.
Tears started dropping on both of their eyes. "We lost everything that night." Silver added while Kurapika nodded to the declaration.
"So you were the one who buried them. Thank you. Can you remember how my parents died?"
"Unfortunately, no." Silver shook his head. "My head was a little blurry that time. All what was on my head was to bury them properly before they started to rot and attract the animals in the forest."
".... That is okay. What is with your eyes then? It's not like anything I have ever seen."
"I'm not sure myself. I don't have anyone to ask with after all. So is your goal really to avenge the clan?" Probe Silver.
"Yes, my anger fuels the fire within me to avenge the clan." He then looked at Silver with expectations. "Do you want to tag along?" Invited Kurapika while extending his hand forward.
Silver looked at the offered hand for a while then eventually shook his head. "I can't join you on your quest. But if you do plan to avenge the clan, let me know I'll try my best to help."
"Why?! You are part of the clan too! You were there when the massacre happened!" Kurapika can't help but take the denial hard.
"It's not what you think." Silver shook his head. "I have already avenged my parents two years ago." Silver answered solemnly.
"How!?" Asked Kurapika as he move forward and shake Silver by the shoulders.
"Four years ago, while you were traveling who knows where, I was training hard day and night in the Heavens Arena!" Silver easily removed the gripping hands of Kurapika at the expense of the latter's surprised face. "Two years. For two years I have trained my body to the limit as I gained the fund I needed. Eventually I was able to gather everything and hire the Zoldycks to kill James Howlet. The one responsible for my parent's death." Silver paused while remembering the call he had with Silva. It was two years ago, but for him it is still fresh.
"..." Kurapika listened quietly.
"And it's not as if we are strong enough to take them. You see there is a reason why they are classified as Class A criminal." Silver added. During his stay within the Croft estate, he learned a thing or two regarding the Troupe. The gist is that each one are strong Nen users.
"What do you mean by that?" Kurapika asked while trying his best to calm down. Any information he can get will help him gain leverage to complete his vengeance.
Silver looked at Kurapika's determined eyes and sighed. He then extended his hand forward and opened his palm. Then cast wrap's came out of his hand and extended until it became a long stick.
"What the-?" Kurapika retreated to the door while watching Silver do his 'magic'.
