(A/N: Let me remind you again. Kyojuro is the best swordsman in the academy and he doesn't stand a chance if Subaru uses his spells, So stop whiningಠ_ಠ)

'Chisato Hasegawa'. The milf from that ecchi show sister evil or something. She was my favorite character from that anime and since I was in my teenage period at the time when I watched it, I actually *ahem* jerked a bunch of times when I saw the OVA. I mean she was the best character, from any angle, even she got so less screen time.

I didn't know her true identity and powers in the anime since I was already preoccupied with other things, but I have a vague idea about it.

'Well, it isn't necessary that she will be the same as anime'.

"Are you done checking me out or should I start posing?" Subconsciously I stare at her for a full minute like a creep.

"I am already charmed, so dont stress yourself ". 'At least dont flirt with her right away.' Sometimes I blabber without thinking which always backfires at me.

Realizing my mistake I apologized soon after sitting on the bed.

"I am sorry ma'am. I wasn't awake completely." I used [regression] on myself, making my body perfect like before.

[Regression] was a spell that made me almost insane while forming it for the first time. It's a spell that could bring anything back to its original and best condition. Even I had a part of that thing I could easily remake it.

"Apology accepted. And how did you do that?" I just lifted my both shoulders in oblivion as it was the easiest way to get out of this kind of trouble.

"I dont know?" Well, it sounds childish but it works actually.

"I was expecting this kind of answer. Anyway, can you tell me, why are you interested in the curse mark?" I was shocked after hearing that word. The mark which I found on the tattered shield of the knight and which was scribbled on the pawn, all over his body. It was really tough to find a book related to it as there was only one person who wrote this book a decade ago and only published one volume of it. Fubuki used all her connections to find it and finally a week before my birthday I got the book.

It had so less information about the marks that I got only the outer covering of its actual mean.

However, right now the main point was how did she know about it.

"What are you talking about?" I tried to seek more information first, before giving away the result she wants.

"I mean isn't it obvious. You still kept the pawn alive that means you didnt figure out about curse marks right?". I disappeared from my place before appearing right in front of her and used [Binding chains] to restrict her movement and hung her body in mid-air. I already blocked all the cameras in the room and cast an illusionary spell, so no one could disturb us.

"Uff...so rough". She gave a fake pained look.

" Now tell me whatever you know. This queen and pawn thingy has already fucked my mind to no end, so dont beat around the bush and keep it straight." I asked nicely even I was so pissed. I still remember the moment when I almost lost mom that's why whenever this topic about rift guy shows up, my blood starts to boil immediately.

"Will you believe me even I tell you the truth?" She said calmly and I didnt feel hostility from her even I was interrogating her in this way.

"I will decide after I hear you so start talking". I sat on the chair on which she was sitting before and faced her.

She was looking at me the way I wasn't expecting but I shook my head and kept a poker face.

" I am the one who wrote that book so I know about your interest in curse marks".

"That doesn't clarify how you know about me having a pawn and the important thing that I have him alive". I asked as she literally peeked in my dimensional storage which was not possible by any means for any being to do.

" Oh that. Well, I can feel the presence of every being who is cursed so I naturally figured out where the pawn was and his vital stats". She gave a cute smile at the end of her sentence.

"But how do you know that it's the pawn and not something else. Listen, woman, I am in no mood to play along with your games so start telling the truth and I dont want a half-assed answer." Was I angry?

Of course, I was and I needed an answer right away so I could finish this Queen shit once and for all.

"You are so mean to me even...forget it. Let me tell you about something. You think that the queen which everyone talks about is the main preparator behind all this but no you are wrong. She is also a victim of someone's false promises". I frowned at her words.

Various questions were forming inside my mind but I held it and listened to her carefully.

" The actual person behind this is also able to create curses like me so I know about it. And since curse marks are special exceptions of this world, I know who this person exactly is. " I followed up with a question immediately.

"And who is it?"

"My brother." I raised my brows in surprise before she continued.

"Listen, what I am telling you must not be known to any mortal so don't trust this information with anyone." I just nodded even the amount of questions was making my head fuzzy now.

"We actually don't..." She started speaking with a serious tone which seemed the truth so I didn't interrupt her and let her speak until the end.

Calling the information, she gave me, unexpected would be an understatement. According to what she said, she and like her, some other dictatorial being watches over the different plains which belong to different worlds, and always keep them separate from each other because of various factors.

Mana was the most basic reason due to which these worlds were kept separately as our world wasn't ready to face mana and would have got obliterated as soon mana have touched this surface.

Then how do the dungeons appear?

It was a rebellion in the omnipotent family, who betrayed his family and took his own path toward...I dont know what, as she was also not clear about it.

"We don't communicate generally, so why did he betrayed us and decided to pave his own path is still unknown". I nodded as she continued.

He forcefully opened the portal which connects different worlds and their creature which we call the 'Gate'.

As she said, he didn't want our planet to get eradicated that's why he meddled with the people residing here before dungeons appeared and gave them some essence of his powers to balance out the eruption.

And those chosen people were later sucked in the rift voluntarily.

After that, the mana which surged out from the gates slowly started to change the earth's surface and its ecology.

(A/N: This will be elaborated in future chapters ).

" Wait so all these dungeons and gates appeared because of him?"

"Unfortunately, yes".

" Can't your family even control a single person and more to it, he is the youngest memeber of the family." I said with a sigh.

"You won't know it until you dont see it yourself. Now I have given all your answer". She slowly started descending without me breaking the spell. She landed on the ground comfortably and with her normal movements, I knew she wasn't restrained anymore with my chains.

"Are you in those kinds of play that's why you let me chain you up?" I asked the most obvious thing that came to my mind after I saw her breaking my spell so naturally.

"I know you don't like getting defeated that's why I just played along." She gave me a playful wink before walking away toward the window.

"Last thing..why did you tell me everything so easily. I mean if you really are an omnipotent being, then you could have at least escaped from here right?" I asked as I felt she was a lot stronger than she seemed.

"I told you before too. Even I dont tell you now, you will know it anyway in the future. And besides all this, the most important thing is that I trust you". She didnt look at my side nor did I pursue her anymore. I was confused due to various things and needed time to figure it out.

"I will think about the curse matter and contact you again". I said before teleporting back to my cottage.

Back in the hospital room, after Subaru left all the barrier spells got dispelled before another barrier was set up same like before. Chisato was the one who set up these spells this time.

After Subaru left, she dashed toward the bed and bashed her face on the pillow on which Subaru was lying.

After taking a long whiff she hugged the pillow before she began to speak in a soothing gentle tone.

" Were you this fierce since the start?" She had a solemn expression like she was remembering something.

"Couldn't you have waited some days more before asking me this much. Mou~ you are always impulsive, well I like that thing about you". She was complaining playfully, about Subaru's behavior, even she was the one who initiated that topic.

She hugged the pillow tightly in her embrace while remembering the moments she spent some minutes ago.

" I have waited too long but not anymore. I will become yours whether this world accepts or not." Her gaze sharpened before she spoke again

"I won't let anything happen to you even I also have to go against my own people. So dont worry my husband, I will be your side till the end".
