CHAPTER TWENTY NINE: UNFORGETTABLE TRIP

JIANG HAO'S POV

" Are you sure about this?" Ai man asked," Iam more than sure ...I want to terminate the contract between me and Sang Yi." I replied," Well if that's what you want then who iam I to refuse..we can talk to the lawyer once you back from your trip." she replied as we both agreed.

While in the car, we listened to some music while Sang Yi make recordings of the both of us and the sceneries we were passing via while driving," I can already feel that this place is going to be better than it is in the photos." Sang Yi said happily as she continued to take more photos.

It wasn't late before we arrived at the resort and it was indeed more beautiful than it was in the pictures on the website, it had this calm and nostalgic feel to it, we checked in at the receptionist's desk and were escorted to our room,a luxurious suite I had booked for just the two of us," Thank you.." I said as I tipped the hotel porter and proceeded to take a look around the room, Sang Yi was cheerfully running across the room while exclaiming on how beautiful and big it was, we also had a large window view that was suitable for star gazing at night..." This feels so cozy..." Sang Yi exclaimed once again as she smiled at me," Thank you for preparing all this.." she said as she gave me a hug and continued to look around.

This being our first day and since we were all exhausted from the long trip, we agreed to take a shower order room service and then have some rest..." I can already think of a dozen things we are going to do tomorrow." Sang Yi said as she slipped into bed," And I can't wait to do them with you." I replied as she embraced me and we went off to sleep.

I woke up to the view of Sang Yi who was staring outside the large over view with a cup of coffee in hand," Good morning.." she said as she noticed me staring at her," Since when have you been up?" I asked as I stepped out of bed," It hasn't been long." she said as I pulled her by the arm and wrapped my hands around her waist..." Can we just stay in today..?" I asked as she smiled and flicked my head," And do what..." she teased as she smiled and but her lower lip..." Go and take a shower...I have ordered break fast." she added as she stepped away from my embrace.

" What should we do today?" I asked as we wrapped up with breakfast," There are plenty of things to do...I have a brochure.." Sang Yi replied as she passed on it to me," Let's try a couple massage first..." she suggested as I agreed, this trip was all about her and so I was going to do everything as she says.

" I feel quite relaxed.." Sang Yi said as she stretched out.." I'll go and take a shower then maybe we can head out for lunch.." she added as I sat down and waited for her and once she was done..we headed to this recommended beef steak place for lunch.

After our delicious lunch, we decided to take a walk together," Have you ever rode a bicycle?" Sang Yi asked as I became curious on what made her ask that," Well yes..it's what I used to ride during highschool but I haven't rode it much since then." I replied as she held me by the hand," Then let's go and brush up your skills.." she said as she took me over to some digital bicycles," You can scan here to pay.." the attendant said as they pulled out two bicycles for us...they also handed us helmets for safety which I helped Sang Yi put on and then proceeded for the ride.

Despite having not rode on for a while, it still felt like I had not stopped at all," Be careful.." I said to Sang Yi who passed by me in a hurry," Don't worry about me...iam a professional when it comes to ...." she said as she lost control slipped and fell..." Sang Yi!" I called out as I rushed to her.

" What were you thinking?" I asked her in a worried tone and I stared at her bruised knee," I must have been distracted and lost my balance." she replied as the attendant helped us with a first aid kit," I'll do it myself..thank you." I said to him as I opened it and started working on her wound.

" You didn't have to carry me on your back..it's a minor injury." Sang Yi said as we found our way to our room," I had to carry you other wise what if it got worse as you moved." I replied as I tried to reach out for the key card in my pocket," You can first put me down.." she said as I did and then opened the door," Have a seat.." I said as she did, I then squat Infront of her and observed her knee," Iam okay..don't worry about me.." she said as she tried to stand up but I asked her to sit right back..." Even if you feel fine..rest for a bit." I suggested as she sat back...." Do you want to watch anything?" I asked as I reached out for the remote," Unless you sit down and watch with me." she said as I did..." Iam sorry I cut our fun short.." sh said as I turned to her and assured her that it was fine.

" Iam fine...really.." Sang Yi said as I asked her to stretch her leg in and out.." It was almost just a scratch." she added..." Come on..it's a couple's dinner by the pool there is going to be amazing food and entertainment...let's go please." she said as she put her hands together and pouted..." Are you sure you are fine?" I asked as she slapped her knee," Iam really fine.." she replied as I hesitantly agreed.." Yes..." she cheered and then sighed," What's wrong now?" I asked," I don't think I have any clothes suitable for a dinner...O don't remember packing any." she said as she pulled out her bag," That shouldnt worry you .we can always go and buy something to wear.." I said as she turned back at me..." Sure?" she asked as I agreed.

" Why do I feel like iam almost living a K drama right now.." Sang Yi said as I pulled into the parking lot, I couldn't help laugh at her comment," Why..?" I asked," I mean..the contract marriage you being a famous actor and then us falling in love.." she explained," It all feels like a drama.." she added as I held her hands," Well iam glad that your male lead is me then.." I replied as she leaned in and placed her head on my chest," Well iam one lucky girl.." she said softly.

SANG YI'S POV

Picking out a beautiful dress turned out to be harder than I expected..some were either too revealing or too tight or too exaggerated or too not my type..." This is the last one.." I said as I picked up what seemed to be my last choice but little did I know that it was also my best choice..I guess I really was saving the best for last.

I wore a beautiful wine red, off shoulder slit long dress and applied some light make up but basically warm red lipstick, I also wore simple silver ear pins and tied up my brown hair up into a sleek bun..." Are you almost done?" Jiang Hao asked as I picked up my purse and headed out of the room," What do you think?" I asked as he stared at me and smiled," You look absolutely amazing...I need to gate keep you tonight." he said as he came and kissed my forehead," You look pretty.." he whispered as I also proceeded to help him adjust his shirt button.." You look really nice too." I said," Okay it's almost time..and we need to get a good table..." he said as we moved out hand in hand.
