Chapter 100 Agreement Reach

Decha watches KK and Danya happily chatting from a distance. He still disagrees with the relationship between Danya and KK because of the age difference. He approached KK and Danya.

Decha frowned madly looking at KK. "Old cows want to eat young grass."

Danya quickly came to KK's defense. "Hey, I'm the one that is marrying him not you, so what is your problem. Honestly speaking, this is the case of a young cow who wants to eat old grass."

Decha said angrily, "You still want to argue?" He raised his hand.

Danya said, "Well, part of our meeting was your fault. You froze my account so I couldn't pay for my dinner, so I ended up sleeping with him and falling in love with him."

Decha said madly, "You...how do you talk so comfortably and shamelessly."

KK said, "Whether you like it or not, your brother is not willing to let me go. We are a family. You have no reason to speak ill of him. From now on, it will be my job to teach him how to behave himself."

Decha said, "Okay... since we're a family, tell me where Santichai is."

KK said, "I can't tell you."

Decha said, "You are not grateful to your relatives at all. You concealed the whereabouts of your ex-boyfriend. How do I know that you really love my brother."

KK said, "Time will tell if I'm serious about your brother."

Danya said, "Pi, he already told you that he couldn't tell you; can you please stop trying to help your friend and ignore my happiness."

The door opened and Mrs. Dudar came out of the room, looking at Decha and smiling. "Frank, this is about your brother and my son-in-law, so don't bring other people's problems into it," she said. "You two can go in." She looked at Decha. "You too."

Sitting at the table were the parents of both parties. KK looked at his father and asked, "Have you reached an agreement?"

Mr. Suwannarat said, "The marriage deal is done. This time you have to give a lot."

KK asked, "How much?"

Mrs. Suwannarat said, "Half of everything you own, including your grandfather's resort."

"You can have half of everything else, but not my grandfather's resort," KK said, looking at Danya. "My grandfather's resort is the last thing he left for me; and I won't give it to anyone."

Danya said, "Well... then I don't want it, but I can still visit, right?"

KK smiled and said, "You can live there if you want, but I can't transfer it to you, or add you to the land deed."

Danya smiled sweetly and said, "I understand."

Mr. Dudar said, "Parents are talking, no children are interfering. From my analysis, your income is what the resort makes the most, and if one day you decide to leave my son, it will be a thing that can help him financially."

KK looked at Mr. Dudar and said, "I can agree to anything else, but my grandfather's resort."

Mr. Dudar said, "I want nothing but your grandfather's resort."

KK looked at Danya and said, "My grandfather's resort is something I can't give you or anyone else. So, if your parents and you want this resort, we don't need to continue this conversation." He looked at his parents, then looked at the Dudars. "I will give you SkyView Hotel as compensation for nong Danya. My secretary will send you the transfer title tomorrow."

Mr. Dudar said madly, "Even your grandfather's resort can't be used as a dowry for you, how can you prove to us that you are serious about our son?"

KK said, "Loving someone and caring about someone doesn't necessarily have to be measured by value, but by actions."

Danya grabbed KK's hand, "What about the marriage?"

KK said, "We will not get married, because I will give you SkyView Hotel as compensation."

Mr. Dudar said, "If the resorts are not on the table, then there is still no deal."

Danya said, "KK, I don't want your grandfather's resort or any compensation. I really like you." He turned to his parents angrily. "Both of you are already rich, why do you want to rob him of his property, can you two take it with you to the grave? I don't fucking care."

KK turned to look at Danya frantically. "Watch your language. You can't speak to your parents or any elders in that tone. It's not acceptable," he said. "Do you understand?"

Danya said obediently, "I understand..."

Decha was ready for Danya to shake his fist and start yelling and cursing at his parents or anyone who tried to stop him, but his heart relented seeing him obediently obeying KK. He feels that if anyone can change or control Danya, that person is KK. He said, "Pa... even if his resort is not under Danya's name, but if Danya marries him, all the money earned will belong to him and Danya. There is nothing to lose here. SkyView Hotel is a tourist spot, I'm sure it's as profitable as our hotel. Also, look at Danya, he's obsessed with him. For sure, he can control Danya."

Mrs. Dudar said, "Khun pi, Frank is right. Look at khun Suwannarat and khun nai Suwannarat. They are good people, and I am sure they will not let their son take advantage of our son." She smiled at the Suwannarats. "Khun pi, he is hard mouthed but soft hearted."

Mrs. Suwannarat said, "Khu Dudar, we will love your son like our own, so you don't have to worry. Also, we will cover the wedding expenses, so you don't have to worry."

Mr. Dudar frowned, "Well, on one condition."

Danya said angrily, "Pa... why are you asking for so many conditions? Who wants to marry into your family? Look at Frank, he is still single. You make my wedding so difficult, who will marry him? First you want half the property he owns, then you want his resort, now you want his hotel. Next, do you want his life. If I were a decent woman, I would never marry your family." He turned to his mother. "Ma, did you marry him because you were blinded by his handsome face, or were you tricked into marrying him?"

Mr. Dudar said, "You shut up, brat. You can only get engaged, but if you want to marry him you have to graduate first."

Danya smiled and looked at Mr. Dudar. "That...means you allow me to marry KK?"

Mr. Dudar grinned, "Aw..."

"We have no objection to the conditions," Mr. Suwannarat said.

"The engagement will be at SkyView Hotel, um..." said Mr. Dudar, staring at Danya who held up two fingers. "In two days."

KK said, "My surgery schedule is full for the week. I have a lot of pending surgeries."

Mr. Dudar said, "Let's go for three days. I don't care if you have to wheel your patients to the engagement party, if it's not done in three days, the person who walks down the aisle with my son will be my driver. End of discussion."

"Three days is enough," Mr. Suwannarat said, checking his watch. "Shall we have some dessert before we go?"

Mrs. Suwannarat said, "Yes, let's have some dessert before we go."

The Suwannarats and the Dudars walk out of the room leaving KK, Decha and Danya behind.

KK turned to look at Decha, "Thank you for speaking for us."

Decha said, "Although I don't like you very much, my brother likes you so, I don't want to let him down."

KK said, "Sorry, I can't tell you where Santichai is. I respect his decision and hope you do the same. You and Santichai are long-term friends, and you should know how he is."

"I know. He has his pride," Decha said, walking out of the room.

KK looked at Danya and asked, "Why are you suddenly angry?"

Danya said, "Why did you treat me badly this morning by pretending you didn't know me?"

KK said, "Well...if I don't do that, how will I know that the person walking next to me is willing to come because he loves me." He smiled at Danya. "Honestly, I made a bet on myself after you left this morning."

Danya asked, "What kind of bet?"

KK said, "I bet if you showed up and could bicker with my grandfather, I will be willing to accept you."

Danya gasped, "Oh...you're testing me...how evil..."

KK smiled and kissed Danya on the cheek, "You did well, you passed the test."

Decha turned around and glanced at KK and Danya chatting happily in the room. He took out his mobile phone and called Asnee.

Decha asked, "Ai nee, where are you?"

Asnee said, "At the hospital."

Decha asked, "What's the matter?"

"Just a routine checkup. Everything is fine. The MRI showed no new tumors," Asnee said. Don't worry, I will inform you as soon as there is anything wrong with my health."

Decha sighed, "Good."

Asnee said, "I've looked everywhere I thought Santichai would be, but I couldn't find him."

Decha said, "Why don't you come back to Bangkok."

Asnee said, "I don't want to go back to Bangkok, and you should know why."

"I know, but this time is different," Decha said.

Asnee asked, "What's wrong?"

Decha said, "My brother is getting engaged, and the party will be in three days. Also, if you are here, my brother or KK may tell you where Santichai is."

Asnee asked excitedly, "Do they know where Santichai is?"

Decha said, "They know, but they won't tell me." He paused for a moment. "Oh, by the way, my brother is getting engaged to KK."

Asnee said, "How?"
