Chapter 99 Here Comes The Boyfriend

The next day, Mrs. Dudar walked into the dinner invitation at the Grand Hotel with Danya. She looked at Danya oddly and asked, "What's wrong with you? Why are you walking like that?"

"I think the pants make me feel uncomfortable," Danya lied.

Mrs. Dudar asked, "Would you like to change?"

Danya murmured, "No matter how many sets of clothes I change, I still walk like this in the end."

Mrs. Dudar turned to her left and said, "Oh khun nai Siriporn." She grabbed Danya. "Say hello to Auntie Siriporn."

Danya greeted Mrs. Siriporn, "Good evening."

Mrs. Dudar asked, "Asnee? Is Asnee coming?"

Mrs. Siriporn smiled and said, "Asnee will not come. He is not feeling well."

As soon as they got to the front door, Danya saw KK greeting the guests with Kittichat. He quickly ran to KK and asked, "Who is this?" He pointed his finger at Kittichat.

KK asked heartlessly, "Who are you? I don't believe I know you." He smiled. "Enjoy yourself."

Danya took a deep breath through his nostrils and clenched his hands into a fist. He looked up at KK, "Danya Dudar."

KK said, "Khun Dudar thank you for attending the dinner event tonight."

Mrs. Dudar rushed to Danya and asked, "What's wrong with you? You sweat a lot all of a sudden, are you feeling uncomfortable?"

Danya clenched his teeth together tightly and said, "I'm fine."

Kittichat looked at Danya, then at KK, and he asked, "You don't know him. He seems to know you."

KK said, "I don't know him."

Seated at the long table were the Suwannarat, Siriporn, Chongchit, Meechai and the Dudar family.

Grandfather Suwannarat, who sat at the end of the table said, "Today, I personally want us five families to sit together tonight, and the other guests will sit at the other tables." He smiled at Kittichat and Ying. "I want to announce that I am expecting a grandson. Ying, my granddaughter-in-law is pregnant." He rolled his eyes at KK. "A man must have a woman as his partner. Like the old saying, behind a man's success stood a strong woman. Look at everyone at the table."

Mr. Suwannarat said, "Pa... enough."

Grandfather Suwannarat said, "I was just giving a speech, nothing wrong with it."

KK scoffs because he knows where the conversation is headed. His grandfather made a speech for him on purpose.

Grandfather Suwannarat said, "Some people don't agree with the theory. They call it the old traditional way. They don't see that if they don't have women in their lives, they won't be successful."

KK looks around, everyone nods at Grandfather Suwannarat's little speech. KK said, "Whether your partner is a man or a woman, success will always come your way if you work hard enough and get the goal instead of forcing people to agree with you."

Mr. Dudar said, "I agree with KK."

KK knows that the longer he stays at this dinner party, Grandfather Suwannarat will make him lose his temper and the perfect family dinner will turn into another dinner party in hell. KK stood up. "As we all know, I am bisexual and a perfect example and proof that Grandfather's theory is not always correct. I believe that as long as you have a supportive partner, whether that person is a man or a woman, you will succeed if you work hard."

Grandfather Suwannarat said madly, "Do you think there are men who are willing to be loyal to you and support you? That is a job that only women can do."

Danya has been holding back his anger since the morning, and now Grandfather Suwannarat insults KK in front of many people. He stood up. "Who said he has no one willing to stand by his side, to be his partner, to support him willingly?"

Decha looked up. "Sit down," Decha grabbed Danya's arm.

Danya pulled his arm away and walked towards KK.

Grandfather Suwannarat questioned, "Young man, who would want to be with my grandson? Those who would be with him are there to use him."

"That person is neither too far nor too close but standing right in front of you," Danya said. "With your thick cataracts, I'm afraid you can't see me clearly, so I came here to let you take a good look at me. I'm someone who is willing to be with him. Oh, and I'm not here for his money, because I have more money than him. Technically, my father has more money than him." He reached out and grabbed KK's face with both hands. He lowered his face and kissed KK on the lips.

Mrs. Dudar looked at Danya, then turned to Mr. Dudar, "Khun pi, your son is very courageous."

Mr. Dudar said, "If he had been as courageous in his studies as this, I would die happily."

KK murmured, "What are you doing?"

Danya raised his face, looked at the many people sitting on the table, and said courageously, "I am KK's boyfriend, do you have any questions?" He turned to Grandfather Suwannarat. "Including you, Ai..." He suddenly realized that he was about to swear to his grandfather to be. He smiled politely. "Grandfather."

Grandfather Suwannarat said, "That doesn't mean you can give me grandchildren."

Danya said, "You don't have to worry about this. The rice is already cooked. Grandfather only needs to worry about his heart. I heard that your heart is not very good. If grandfather wants to see our children, grandfather must protect that ill fragile heart, unless grandfather will die before he sees our children."

Grandfather Suwannarat became angry, "How dare you curse me to die early." He raised his cane to hit Danya.

Mr. Suwannarat grabbed Grandfather Suwannarat's hand and said, "Pa, khun Dudar is staring from the other end of the table."

Grandfather Suwannarat said, "He said the rice was cooked, so how can I not dare to hit him."

Mrs. Dudar saw the damage done by her son and hurried over and said, "Khun Grandfather Suwannarat, calm down, don't mind the child, but everyone here has heard that the rice is already cooked. Let's talk privately after dinner."

Danya looked at Grandfather Suwannarat and said, "I am the apple of my mother's eye. You have to prepare a grand dowry."

Grandfather Suwannarat said madly, "I will not give you a single baht."

After the dinner, the other guests left, the Dudars and the Suwannarats talked behind closed doors, while KK and Danya sat outside waiting for the meeting to come to an agreement.

Danya murmured, "I'm sorry. I know you like polite, well-mannered people, but I still can't help being angry with your grandfather. Instead of supporting you, he humiliated you in front of everyone. If he is not your grandfather, I'll grab his cane and beat him back."

KK laughed and said, "Don't you know it's not good to hit an elder? Are you not afraid of Karma?"

Danya said, "It's also your fault."

KK smiled, "How is it my fault?"

Danya frowned frantically, "I'm so angry with you, you ignored me and pretended you didn't know me."

KK smiled and rubbed Danya's hair lightly. He frowned happily, "Oh, what should I do with you?"

"Keep me by your side," he said, reaching out and kissing KK on the cheek. "Ai kea, I think I'm more suitable for you than Santichai because Santichai will never be able to fight your battle with you."

KK smiled and said, "Well... I agree. May you always be brave."

Danya smiled and said, "Whoever wants to insult or hurt my man must go through me first." He smiled and held KK's hand. "Ai kea, when will we get married?"

KK snorted, "Don't you think it's a little too early?"

Danya said, "Nonsense, if I want to strike, I must strike at the speed of lightning to prevent you from not changing your mind." He laughed.

KK laughed, "It makes sense...it really makes sense."
