3 Party Queen

Avril's POV

There was silence on the other end of the phone for a while, and I wondered what was going through Dad's head right now.

Will he regret all the things he once did to me that went too far because I said those things to him?

Or, just like in a previous life, he's now angry and wants to kill me?

"Avril, maybe you're right, but no matter what, I'm your father and you shouldn't be so rude to me. Tomorrow is my birthday, remember to come back."

With those words, Dad hung up the phone.

This is too weird.

That's not how things are supposed to be.

I think there's something abnormal about Dad's attitude. Knowing him as I do, he shouldn't be so calm.

"Well, maybe he's suddenly awakened his conscience and is sorry for all the excesses he's done to you in the past." My wolf said

Maybe I would have believed what my wolf said if it hadn't been for my dad almost killing me in a previous life.

But I know that's not possible.

Dad hasn't been kind to me since Mom died.

In a previous life, after my father learned that I had refused to become Anthony's mate, he wanted me to marry an ugly, old Blue Moon alpha wolf for the greater good.

When I disagreed, he broke off the father-daughter relationship and made me a rogue.

If Anthony hadn't secretly had someone protect me, I probably would have been killed by those powerful rogue wolves.

Yes, you heard it right, it was Anthony who protected me when my father drove me away mercilessly.

I couldn't help but feel guilty when I thought about Anthony.

The Moon Goddess has given me a chance to be reborn and no matter what happens, nothing can separate me from him!

...

At 10 p.m. Anthony knocked drunkenly on my door.

We werewolves drink far more than humans, and I wonder just how much he drank to get himself so drunk.

Or, he drank at least 20 bottles

Anthony's hand was propped on the door, looking down at me, his breath damn attractive.

"Hey, pretty girl, do you know how much I love you? You're the angel of my life, the most important person in my life. What about you? Am I that important in your heart too?"

"Of course," I replied firmly as I looked into his blue eyes.

"What about Carl? Who's more important to you, me or him?"

Anthony's stubbornness to know that answer made me realize that he was more possessive of me than I thought.

And damn me, I'm super obsessed with this dominant possessiveness of his.

"Of course it's you, I only desire you and am only crazy about you as far as Carl ..." I didn't finish my sentence before Anthony's lips landed on mine again.

"I don't like to hear the tiresome name Carl in your lovely mouth."

Anthony finished and pecked me lightly on the lips.

His lips pressed against mine as if he was testing to see if I would reject him.

To be honest, I loved his kisses and I was looking forward to a very long, hot French kiss we would have.

I took a deep breath before hooking my hands around his neck and pulling him closer, initiating a deeper kiss.

Anthony was pleased with my initiative and he quickly responded to my kiss.

He clasped my head with one hand and with the other he spread my legs apart so that I was close to his body.

I felt hot and horny as his tongue touched mine.

I want more, and that's not enough for me.

I pushed him onto the couch and rode him, his wide blue eyes telling me he was shocked at my actions.

Next, my hand hovered over his chest and his low moans told me he was enjoying this as much as I was.

When I woke up, Anthony was already out at work.

However, he was very thoughtful to have a nice breakfast and a very large amount of new dresses and jewelry prepared for me.

Yeah, he got so excited last night, he ripped all the clothes off me.

The dresses and jewelry were gifts he bought to make me happy ...

After breakfast, I wore the long purple dress Anthony had given me, wore the expensive jewelry my mother had left behind, looked at myself in the mirror, and walked out of the room satisfied.

When I walked up to where my dad was having his birthday party, they looked at me with surprised eyes.

"Gosh, I can't believe it, how can there be such a beautiful girl among our wolf pack?"

"It's amazing, she's Avril! Wearing a beautiful dress and expensive jewels, she's gone from Cinderella to Princess!"

"Oh, that's a nice dress on her, I'd love to touch what it feels like."

"I swear, Avril is going to be the most popular guy at the party today!"

"Give up! Haven't you noticed that she's been marked? "

I could clearly see how hard Marcia's face looked when those people praised me.

She walked up to me like an angry lion and said angrily, "Avril, why are you being so reckless? It's dad's birthday, are you trying to steal his thunder by dressing so formally?"

I laughed and shot back, "Why should I say that? Aren't you dressed very formally too?"

Marcia's face is like a palette because she's angry.

She thought for a long time and couldn't come up with anything better to say back to me.

Finally, all that could be done was to give me a hard stare.

"Avril, it's my birthday, don't give trouble!" My dad suddenly appeared and said to me with a serious face.

"It was Marcia who initiated my trouble," I said back defiantly.

Dad coughed softly to hide his unfairness.

"She's your sister, can't you be a little more tolerant of her?"

When I heard Dad say that, I didn't get angry, but laughed out loud.

It was something he had said to me in a previous life.

He said, Marcia is my sister, and since I refuse to be the Alpha's mate, let Marcia be the Moon God of the Silver Lake Pack!

At the time, all I could think about was finally being with Carl, so I didn't take his words to heart.

But to think in thinking about it, Dad was a lot never thought of me as his daughter.

In his eyes, I'm just a tool to be used!

I looked at my dad and asked the question I had always wanted to ask, "Is it Marcia who does the wrong thing and every time you want me to give in to her? Is it true that in your eyes, Marcia is the only one who is your daughter?"

When I asked the question, I saw the anger in my father's eyes.

He gritted his teeth and frowned, "Shut up, Avril, you look so ugly with your jealousy of Marcia! Take your rightful seat and stop pissing me off!"

What's my dad talking about? He's saying I'm jealous of Marcia?

What does Marcia have that I should be jealous of?

She wasn't as pretty as me, or as smart, and even, her mother was just a maid of the Silver Lake Pack.

I think my dad must have been hit in the head by a door, otherwise, how could he say such a ridiculous thing?

I wasn't going to get into this with Dad now, though.

Because I'm already happy to make him and Marcia angry.

Only, my happy mood didn't last long.

For just as I sat down, a tall man followed and sat beside me.

I glanced up at him, then my brow furrowed tightly.

He's Carl.

The man I loved most in a previous life!

And one of the murderers who killed me!

"Hi, beautiful princess, were you expecting me?" Carl didn't notice my hateful gaze as he looked at me with a smile.

"Listen, I've got a mate, stay away from me! Or my mate will get mad!" I ordered him coldly.

"Honey, are you kidding me? Didn't you say that no matter who your mate was, you were going to be with me?" Carl asked me, his eyes wide with disbelief.

How confident he is.

He thinks that no matter what happens, I'll be just as obsessed with him as I was before.

I'd even dump my mate for him!

In fact, in a previous life, I did grovel to do so.

So I ended up getting killed by him!

I laughed at myself for being so stupid in my previous life and vowed in my mind that the tragedy of my previous life would not be repeated in this one.

"Carl, your offer is tempting-" I could clearly see the smile on Carl's face widen as I said this.

I know, he must have thought I would accept his stupid offer.

However ...

"But why would I abandon the Mighty Handsome Alpha to be with an arrogant and shameful bastard like you? I'm not a fool!"

Carl's smile froze on his face and his eyes widened as if he couldn't believe his ears were hearing the truth.
