7 Hide and Seek

Today I am going out to play with Nine. For some reasons I still feel like there is something weird with him. Maybe on the first day I really was confused into thinking I liked him because he helped cheer me up. It's hard for me to know what he thinks of me, so I try not to think of it too much. There are times when he can be extremely nice and times he actually hurts me without noticing it. Well he is my only friend so I have to be forgiving if I don't want to lose him. Maybe he has a split personality disorder that no one knows about, so I'll have to ask him somedays when I feel its right to ask.

My parents knew I was going out to meet a secret friend, I'd just made, but they just didn't know who my friend Nine was, since its a very unique name. They think he was one of the maid's son so they didn't interrogate me much. I'd told them about how Nine tried to cheer me up by staying by my side when Amelia left, but I had to leave out the fact that Nine took me to the city. As they told me to be very carful and never to leave the castle under any circumstances. They also asked me to introduce Nine to them sometimes and I agreed to it hoping for Nine to be willing to meet my parents as well.

Finally now that Lunch is over I can go meet Nine in the Garden. He told me to wear a new disguise he'd brought with him and I told him that my parents reminded me not to leave the castle. So Nine sighed and said,"Ladies gotta chill! Rules got a purpose, and their purpose is to be broken." This made me laugh, but I was still scared of being found out so I asked him to play in the castle instead. "Look, Freesia! You know your sister wanted you to experience not only the life you had in the castle, but also the world beyond the walls of this castle." I nodded to respond to him. "So chill, relax and do whatever pleases you. Now let's go to the city and have some fun there." "Fine!"- I said giving up on pursuing him to stay within the castle.

So we ended up sneaking out. I was wearing a maids dress and he was wearing casual merchant's clothes. "Hahaha! This outfit really doesn't suit you" he said. "That's not nice!"I replied, but he ignores.

"How about we play hide and seek in the city?"Nine says. "But I can barely recognize the streets I could get loss!"I reply. "Doesn't matter, you are IT! Catch me when you find me." and there he runs away from me. As I was trying to look for him, I realized that I never noticed how scary it was to be alone in an unknown place. I mean the city is close to the castle but I'd only come out here once with Nine and this was only my second time out, so I quickly got loss. As I was walking I noticed a small and dark alley, so I approached it to see if Nine was there. Unexpectedly on the floor I find a picture of me, and besides it laid a message"You fell in the trap princess." was written. Then someone suddenly covered my mouth with a piece of clothe and I blacked out .
