Chapter 36: Grave of Drajil

Chapter 36: Grave of Drajil

"What was that about? We just went there to have dinner," Toya said with an arrogant voice and disappointed face.

"There were all the kings and the only queen and so the environment was normal as there was no fight," Arthur said looking at Toya.

"Whatever we have completed our dinner, so I am fine with it," Anna said.

"You are weird," Arthur said looking at Anna.

"You are being rude now," Anna said looking at Arthur.

"I am just saying what I personally think," Arthur said.

"Hey Ariel, where are you lost?" Toya said to Ariel.

"Ah-huh, nothing," Ariel looked back at Toya and said.

"Is everything fine, Ariel?" Anna said.

"Yeah, everything is good. Let's keep walking," Ariel said and continued walking.

That night gave strange feelings to White Eagles. The moon was shining brightly in the sky. There were lots of stars. They kept walking. Most of the shops were closed as it was night time.

Suddenly Toya noticed an opened shop and read it's name. It was named 'Sword Forge'. Toya found it interesting and headed towards it.

"Where are you going, Toya?" Ariel said.

"Don't mind me. I will check this store and later join you guys," Toya said and entered Sword Forge.

"Let's continue walking," Ariel said.

"Yeah, good idea," Anna said.

Sword Forge was looking cool inside. It was decorated beautifully. And it had a lot of swords on display. Toya was quite surprised. He looked here and there.

"Welcome young man, how can I help you?" a voice came from a desk. Toya heard it and headed in that direction. He looked in that desk and saw an old man polishing swords.

"Are you the owner?" Toya said.

"Yes, I am," the old man said.

"I was looking for elemental swords, can I get them from here?" Toya said.

"Yeah, certainly you can get elemental swords from here," the old man said.

"Where are they?" Toya said.

"Go to that display on the left side, you will find them," the old man said. Toya followed his instructions and went to the left side. He saw many elemental swords with various designs. The shop owner arrived at that display and opened three elemental swords.

"These are the best elemental swords I have right now. Make sure to check them," the shop owner said. Toya took one sword at first and wielded it. The sword had a design of fire on it. It had black body and the grip was a mixture of red and yellow.

"Tell me about this sword," Toya said.

"The name of this sword is Rengu. It is a fire elemental sword. I made it last year but unfortunately nobody had the potential to use it," the shop owner said and sighed.

"This one looks good. Can I try using the fire elemental power of it?" Toya said.

"Yeah, sure," the shop owner said and smiled.

Toya closed his eyes and held the sword tightly. He called the name 'Rengu' in his mind. He tried to have contact with the elemental core. He had his eyes closed and started moving the sword. He made three swings. And then a small amount of fire came out of the sword.

The shop owner was surprised. Toya opened his eyes and the flames rose. The sword had flame all over it's body. He then freely swung the sword and stopped. He redid the process again to make sure if there was good communication.

"This thing is really nice. How much is it?" Toya said.

"The price is only two gold coins," the shop owner said.

"Isn't that too low?" Toya said.

"No, it's the perfect price I believe," the shop owner said.

"I see. Then here is your money," Toya said and gave him two gold coins.

"Thanks for coming and good luck," the shop owner said.

"Well, what's your name?" Toya said.

"Young man, it's Manwa Rojen."

"That's a cool name."

"Thanks."

"By the way, do you know something about Peacemaker?"

"Yeah, I do know a lot about him."

"Oh really? Are you related to him?"

"Well, I am the one who forged....the sword he used in the battlefield," Manwa said.

Meanwhile, Ariel, Anna and Ronald continued walking. After walking for an hour, they saw a stone figure on the road. They went closer and read the writings on it.

There was written, "The grave of the honorable Peacemaker is very close. Don't forget to pay respect to him."

"So, we are close to the grave of Peacemaker," Arthur said.

"Were we supposed to come here?" Anna said.

"Anyways, let's go and pay respect to him," Ariel said and headed to the grave. Anna and Arthur followed him. They walked a little and saw a glimpse of the grave but also saw another person standing in front of the grave.

"Who might it be?" Anna said.

"Whoever he is, he is strange," Arthur said.

"Why do you think so?" Ariel said.

"My instinct tells me to be on guard," Arthur said.

"Are you confident about your instinct?" Ariel said.

"Yes, I am," Arthur said with confidence.

"Ok, stay here with Anna then. I will check that guy," Ariel said and started walking.

"No Ariel, let me go and check him," Arthur said and grabbed Ariel's shoulder.

"No."

"....."

Ariel continued walking and stopped when he was close to that guy. That guy also moved his face to his back and saw Ariel. Ariel recognised him quickly. He was none other than William K Shadow.

"What are you doing here?" William said to Ariel.

"Same question here," Ariel said to William.

"Are you here for a fight?" William said.

"No, I was walking and eventually ended up meeting you," Ariel said.

"Your story is unbelievable," William said.

"What are you doing here then?" Ariel said.

"Just visiting the grave of my older brother," William said.

"You are kidding, right?" Ariel said and he was shocked.

"Why would I lie about my older brother? The man you saw in the restaurant was my father and Peacemaker is my step older brother," William said.
