Fight

Levels, levels, hahaha!

The Pseudo-Intimidate from a level 69 Hydreigon would affect even a Senior Champion Pokemon. As for a Guardian Pokemon, bosses never come first.

Rain of Chaos bombarded the lake's surface along with enemies there. Although disappointed this attack didn't kill any Champion Pokemons but this next attack should get me a level up.

Perfect Fusion Move: (Widespread) Thunder Breath.

Thunder Breath spreads out with the aid of both I and Zweilous and began to hit the first wave of enemies at the same time Rain of Chaos ends. Sadly, even with this many further behind react in time to block my attack. Luckily, one of the few Pokemons that got hit was a Junior Champion Basculin, a foolish fish that was first to surface the water ready to attack me.

Of course, my attack wasn't the only thing that showed up. Hydreigon seized the timing of Rain of Chaos ending and released 3 Draco Meteor: Beam. Their firepower when combined with Destructive Force is more than enough to slaughter anything below Guardian level or anyone without a defense no less than A.

3 explosions occurred all from Hydreigon's attacks and the smile on Hydreigon's face already made me instantly aware she had become a Senior Champion.

We have made our attacks, now it's time to retreat, this after all is their territory, their home ground. We've only caught them by surprise earlier and these little sh*ts aren't easy to beat once teamwork is involved.

"Sons of b*tches!" I shouted, the lake has become an Aqua Ring: Terrain serving as both a defensive mechanism and health restoration machine, to top things off a Rain began to fall heavily, boosting their Water-type attacks.

Having felt the effects of Wide Guard: Domain, I knew escaping wasn't going to be so easy, especially now that priority moves are inaccessible... Especially when a team effort Surf reached the Master tier.

Quickly covering myself in Absolute Barrier, I frowned when I Zweilous used MY energy to create Absolute Barriers around Hydreigon and... FemZwe? Adding the fact he tried to completely neutralize Surf with Pure Envy, made me feel that evolving asap might not be a bad idea.

"Come on, be serious here!" Hydreigon shouts snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Tsk," The situation hasn't reached the stage where I need to be serious. In fact, even dying now would only force me to get a crappier Zweilous body.

Earth Power: Hiding Like A Mole.

Creating a hole in the ground below us, I jumped down into it. Luckily, they were smart enough to enter quickly before asking questions and then I covered the entrance.

Earth Power: Ground Reinforcement + AE Defense.

"Checkmate idiots," I said, we managed to block this attack, but there were many Water-type Pokemons moving in it, one being the Guardian.

"And which idiot told you to provoke them?" FemZwe insults.

"In my defense, I shouldn't lead," It didn't seem as idiotic when I decided on it, moments like these I just wish I had back my Instinct or even Medusa.

Sure wherever she goes a storm awaits us, but as adventurous as she was she still knew what not to do. I, on the other hand, will go and do whatever I want, especially now when I'm certain of my reunions and objectives, and most importantly, I no longer need to think as much as I did as Alakazam.

"Oh? Then let me lead," Zweilous announced.

"Hahaha, f*ck you!" I laughed.

"Little sh*t, get us out of the mess you've got us in," Hydreigon said.

"Sure, by you little b*tches have to hush your mouths and watch carefully," Saying that, I got ready to annoy some fools.

Earth Power: Elevator.

Slowly ascending back up, the first thing one notices is that we were surrounded. The ground was muddier than ever thanks to current rain, and adding the high humidity, making the terrain no different from an equivalent of Aqua Terrain. The Pokemon surrounding us consist mostly of Seismitoads, Jellicients, some flying Basculins that were treating the air like water, and finally the Guardian Pokemon, a female Jellicient.

"Hydreigon, I'm the lake Guardian of the North, Jella..."

*cough*

Jella? Might as well be Jelly and done. Sensing the gazes of the mass, I smile understandingly.

"Don't worry, it's not covid," I said reassuring them, yet to my response, Hydreigon rolls her eyes before turning back to Jella.

"If you 3 don't have a good enough explanation for attacking, this offense would be deemed as y'all betraying the Hydreigon family and therefore be killed here,"

"The attack was just a misunderstanding we were just..."

"Getting experience," I said quite happy I predicted what Hydreigon intended on saying, no need to thank me. "No need to look at us like that Jelly, we spot a lake and felt this was a perfect place to get experience. Or are you telling me you servants of the Hydreigon family, do not wish to provide experience to your master,"

The temperature around has dropped significantly just from Jellicient's killing intent, it's already a miracle she hasn't attacked yet and that's likely because barely a second has passed since I spoke.

"Come on, answer your master," I said.

"Oh, I'll give you an answer all right," Jellicient said coldly a Enhanced Shadow Ball appears in front of her and shot towards me, but a Dark Pulse shot forward from above us blocking the Shadow Ball.

"I'm listening,"
