Friends/Foes?

Aftermath

The war may have ended, but Arceus has become even busier than before.

Especially now that he had drawn a line for Origin users.

He'll no longer allow Pokemons, excluding Adam to surpass the God trio. There couldn't be a second Necrozma and certainly no Eternatus.

Sadly, even if Arceus had drawn this line, enforcing it was another thing. He couldn't just kill off Pokemons due to his cautiousness.

Especially now that he's weakened. Luckily, Eternatus intervention has ended the war, for now. Otherwise, it would've ended with Arceus losing all his plates and not just a half.

Necrozma had burned out most of her energy. Not only was she constantly calling forth minions from countless timelines but also fighting Arceus and finally burning energy to keep Zacian and Zamazenta energized.

With their tanks being so high the Pokemon civilization would end before Necrozma's energy was fully restored through normal methods.

This short period in which the war ends. Arceus will begin a culling (weakening of Pokemons, not killing) while making new plates, those that entered a Pokemon's hand can be considered a gift. Necrozma on the other hand would have to find a faster way to recover her energy and she needs to do it before Arceus figures out whether he loves the world more or his creations.

"Now, that pisses me off!" Mike roared in the sky arriving before Leona instantly through Destructive Step. However, staring at her face, he froze.

"Stay away from her!" A Tsareena? no it's simply a Risa attempting to Trop Kick Mike from behind.

Turning around, completely disgusted with what he considers a faker. He decided he'll kill her now.

'Don't!' Leona shouts telepathically having instantly realized her shouting naturally wouldn't have been fast enough.

"Don't underestimate me," Mike snorts. Destructive energy flickers through his body destroying the effects brought by Charm.

The short time he spent doing this normally should've given him enough time to counterattack Risa. However, her speed bursts suddenly, and her power jump far beyond what it should've. Looking at her, it wasn't difficult for Mike to connect this to Daniel.

Unfortunately, that's not the only thing that connected with him.

"Sloth and Envy, Restrict,"

Restrict was destroyed almost instantly... However, that short time it was there was enough for Risa's kick to connect with his face. Along with an Ally Switch with Leona and Daniel, Leona was safe and Daniel got the opportunity he needed.

"Hell Ground," With the land quickly covered in thick Negative and Spiritual energy and Mike heading his way, Daniel went for the finishing touches.

"Soul Grasp," As a specialist of the soul, Daniel has worked on the ability to destroy souls. He believed this attack can kill anyone who was not among the first species to be born, the oldest Pokemons around.

Soul in Pokemon is one if not the most unventured grounds, known method to defend against soul attacks is to put a coat of energy around one's soul. That energy is usually enough to protect against soul attacks.

However, for the only specialist in souls, Daniel, this form of defense is no different from the damage done by a Rattata biting Arceus.

"Did you just poke my soul?" Mike growled, having managed to stabilize himself inches away from Daniel, he merged Destructive energy with Psycho Boost as he attempts to tackle him.

Unfortunately for Daniel, he never expected Mike to have the strongest soul. After absorbing Raven's soul his soul became far stronger than most Pokemon leaving possibly only a few old Pokemons stronger than his. However, after his soul was reformed his quality raised significantly, providing him with the strongest soul.

...

With Dickniel dodging my attack, I got a chance to focus on this Hell Ground. The spiritual energy and negative energy in it, technically shouldn't be possible even with Universe Spirit.

Negative energy just doesn't gather up to such insane levels, let's not talk about spiritual energy which evaporates swiftly once it loses contact with the soul.

"Spirit World?" I murmured. If that exists, then why aren't most souls there? I guess I can find out later.

"B*tch A and Bitch B, do move out of my sight as I talk to myself," I said. This ain't my Dickniel, so if Leona is willing to talk, I'm willing to let him live.

[RIP Raven]

Not too sure about Risa though, she's a b*tch and all that. Let's not forget her name's asking for death.

"What do you want to talk about, me?" Spotting Leona who teleported to the ground in a... Pfft!

"That can't be me?" I laughed, seeing myself in a magical girl costume was disturbing yet hilarious at the same time. Especially once reconcluding it's not actually me.

"If you're here to fight, let's fight!" She shouted angrily, her wand pointed at me.

"Nope, not when you seem thirsty for one," I laughed once more. Just based on the fact whatever her ability was could charm me goes to show just how difficult life has been for her.

She gets pampered whenever, whether she wants one or not.

She can get whatever you want.

She never needed to battle.

How... unfortunate.

"Stop looking at me with envy, you disgusting bastard!" Leona shouts. "You don't understand the pain it's been living like this,"

"Indeed, there's still some issue with your life," I said, thinking back at the current war. "However, this is already a 'no regrets' life!"

"Hehe, I'll show you regrets, piece of sh*t!" Leona growled.

"Oh? Try as you like, Magical Girl Leona-tan," I mocked.

"With pleasure, Simp," Leona mocked.

"Hahaha, f*ck you!" I and Leona shout in sync.

Seeing as she fired a Psychic Beam, I fired an equal beam as well leading to a stalemate.

"Piece of sh*t!" We shouted, now certain that we were indeed the same even if different.

Mike indeed was angry at Leona.

However, she is technically he (in his mess-up head). He didn't want to kill her seeing as she had already 'suffered' enough.

Also, his hypocrisy strikes again in this chapter.
