And The Winner Is... Part 3

Beginning of Preparations.

Although both Arceus and Necrozma had no idea when they would start back the next war, they still needed to prepare in advance.

If Arceus had paid more attention to what occurred in other timelines, this war may not have ever happened. He would've punished Necrozma early on, so he knows what happens when you be rebellious.

Necrozma on the other hand believed she had done almost everything perfectly. Her clear understanding of Arceus' personality is what enable this war to even occurred. If someone like Giratina had Arceus' abilities, this opportunity she created could've never had been achieved as Giratina would've never disabled Omniscient.

Her mistake was underestimating Arceus's versatility.

Indeed, he's not as versatile as Adam but it's still enough to find a counter for almost everything she threw at him. She needed to defeat Arceus before her side was exhausted. However, based on how things were going it wasn't Farfectch'd to say she may have lost its fight continued.

Order: Border was by far the most annoying defense she had ever faced and who knows what offense Arceus would've prepared later on.

Luckily, Necrozma still has room to grow. Hopefully, it did be enough for her to have a fair chance at victory next time.

Time passes by and the fight between Necrozma and Arceus was reaching its closure.

The two were still in peak condition; in full health and had enough energy to continue their battle for centuries.

However, the intensity of their battle was unlike any other. Their attacks were more often or not damaging the environment around them, more specifically near Giovanni and co.

Though with Zamazenta and Zacian besides them these stray attacks were either deflected or destroyed, only a fool would realize this was intentional.

The more closer the two were to concluding their fight the more their attacks strayed toward them. A decision must be made soon before these two tactically agree to get rid of these spectators.

"They won't remove us yet, they're still waiting on the last 'player' to arrive," Calyrex declared.

Each move of these two Pokemons carries meaning within them. Right now, Arceus wouldn't get rid of them until the last 'danger' to this world has gathered.

"In that case, they'll be starting soon," Daniel said appearing beside Calyrex.

"Didn't expect to see the day, we would be allies," Calyrex said.

"Our objects are the same, 100% the same, and that's why we're here as allies," Daniel explained nonchalantly. "That weapon is a lot more dangerous than 'I' had expected," He muttered staring at the Ultimate Weapon.

"Let's win," Giovanni declared.

He's indeed useless in this battle here. However, he still must see the ending with his own eyes.

...

Medusa's eyes glittered in excitement. Everyone's here.

Arceus and Necrozma who's fighting.

The Human, the strong Pokemons beside him, and Daniel.

The human he met when Mike and her first arrive in this world and a group of younger humans.

And lastly, the 2 Celebis she saw at the beginning.

'Annoyingsss,' She's unintentionally getting the answer Mike needs with further information. Now, more than anything, Medusa wants to pull Mike over, smack his head and tell him to watch.

However, this place is far from safe. It did be embarrassing if Mike dies because she brings him here.

But solving this puzzle of information is beyond her. Up to now, she doesn't understand why Arceus and Necrozma are fighting for nor the need to get this information in the first place. This whole adventure was more of a spoiler than anything, despite the entertainment it brought. She would've still come even if she knew this was a spoiler with the biggest question being...

Is this really a spoiler?

Sidetracked again, Medusa shakes her head before focusing back on the battlefield ahead.

Daniel's arrival had made Arceus finally agree to dispose of those spectators, specifically Daniel and co.

They shouldn't be able to see her and the two Celebis would escape if they were targeted.

As for the last group filled with humans. Complete and utter waste of time, their fight alone might just kill them.

With Arceus and Necrozma staring at their group, they quickly got into a fighting stance with Calyrex riding Zamazenta and Zacian standing beside them. Ho-oh and Lugia stood beside Giovanni and Daniel stood behind them with a Master Ball in hand.

"Eternatus revenge is here," Daniel declared.

Rushing out the Master Ball, Eternatus roars aggressively, completely ignoring Zamazenta and Zacian's surprisingly and rushing towards Arceus and Necrozma.

Eternatus' strength has weakened significantly, but it's still enough to fight one of them equally.

Together with Calyrex, Zacian, and Zamazenta they can indeed keep Arceus and Necrozma held back.

"Checkmate," Daniel muttered.

The time they keep Arceus and Necrozma held back will be enough.

"System call. Execute Command Delete Domain Ultra Space," A voice sounded.

...

"Cain, what's the meaning of your suicidal actions?" Arceus asks confused. "You changed the Ultimate Weapon into the Ultimate Defense, practically wrapping a Border over Ultra Space, and self-destructing this plane with you along with the rest of this Universe Powerhouses in it? Where is your love for the world?"

"F*ck your sh*tting world. Your and Necrozma's death equals a peaceful life for Leona," Daniel cursed.

"She's just a timeline variant, her life and death would only truly be decided by the Original timeline," Necrozma mocked. "In fact, you likely had ruined plans of your original just to save a counterfeit. How stupid"

"Most importantly, why did you agree to this suicidal plan, Calyrex, Ho-oh, Lugia?" Arceus asks. Not bothering to ask Zacian and Zamazenta who would simply follow Calyrex's plans.

"Giovanni asks and I deliver," Calyrex shrugged.

"Humanity will at least have a better life in this timeline," Ho-oh said.

"When you have to choose between with or without you, I think the answer's simple," Lugia mutters. "You're a great creator and all that but a pretty bad ruler,"

"Regardless, this is an acceptable conclusion to this battle," Eternatus muttered. "Everyone of us will die and a suitable replacement will come,"

As they're chatting, Necrozma was giving it her all to get past Eternatus and destroy the Ultimate Defense (To be properly named... never). Arceus on the other hand already stopped fighting and was watching everything scenically.

"My win then," Arceus mutters.

"Please, even if I die here, I'll win," Necrozma spat. "There's no possibility of you winning, even with all your hidden cards," Winning this battle had little meaning if she couldn't see any of Arceus's cards. Sadly, this happened and she won't get to see any.

Regardless of what Arceus has hidden, Necrozma's confident she'll win.

"It's those very thoughts that made me win, Necrozma," Arceus mocks. "Original you had ruined her chances with 'that' move," he whispered.

The 2 Celebis having confirmed the results returned to their timelines, as for Medusa she got the chance she was looking for.

As an adventurer, there's no obstacle she can't get through.

So here's how the events in this chapter went to clear out some possible confusion.

The Ultimate Weapon had become the Ultimate Defense, something that wrapped Ultra Space in a border-like defense. It was being activated since they arrived in Ultra Space and Daniel timed his appearance with the last seconds required for it to activate.

Right after they distracted Arceus and Necrozma with a short battle and once confirmed they hadn't noticed the border yet. Ultimate Defense that has been connected with the Pokemon Universe's fragmented spirit, Rataya, which had by that time already reconnected with the Universe Core and slapped off Arceus access rights before finally executing the end of this Domain, Ultra Space.

With Eternatus along with Zacian, Zamazenta, and Calyrex there, they could off Arceus and Necrozma until the Ultra Space has been destroyed.

As for the biggest reason, this plan even works. Arceus didn't realize both Daniel's and Giovanni's goals had changed. Both having been affected by Leona's charm, strive to make sure she survives this storm. Daniel no longer cared as much about the world and Giovanni no longer cared as much about humanity.

Now here comes the last piece.

No, Ho-oh, Lugia, and Daniel didn't awaken Origin. Ho-oh and Lugia could've but knowing Arceus didn't awaken, Daniel would need to become a stronger species if he wanted to use Origin.

Why did Ho-oh, Lugia, and Calyrex help Giovanni? Not answering.

Who won this war?

Everyone but Necrozma, each timeline victory for her is increasing her possibility to win, so she says.

Oh, and Original Daniel too.

And I think that's it.
