Race Against Time Part 3

Origin

Origin sometimes calls True Energy or Pure Energy is the energy that all Pokemons have in their cores. Unable to use this energy, Pokemons convert it into weaker and more simplified energies with Type energies being the weakest and law energies being the strongest.

Those who managed to understand themselves and carry a strong enough body can utilize their Origin. However, the amount of Origin one has in their core isn't enough for long battles so most can only add Origin energy into their attacks or use it.

Luckily, the core is just one of the places one's Origin is stored. Origin is found in one's existence and that also determines just how much and how concentrated it is.

How does one measure their existence?

3 things determine this, your specie, your outlook on life, and how valuable you are to the world.

Let's separate the measurements into 4 scales...

Earthly.

Galaxy.

Universal.

Multiversal.

And then showcase some Pokemons in those scales...

Ho-oh's Origin is Earthly.

Kyurem is Galaxy.

Dialga is Universal.

Shub is Multiversal.

Each scale's quantity and quality are vastly different from the other.

Energy doesn't mean everything as Kyurem is much stronger than Dialga.

Ho-oh represents immortality, flames, and life. Sounds great and all that, but her value is mostly in humans and you have already seen her outlook of life.

Kyurem represents Tao. Sounds like it should be Universal but his value is mostly in humans, it also wasn't born to be something as great as he is and together with his outlook drag him off from being Universal.

Dialga represents Space. He was literally born for this measurement and there's nothing further left to be explained about this.

Shub represents Fertility. Indeed sounds at the Earthly level, but her species was made from the DNA of the strongest Pokemons as well as an ERROR that nearly defeated Arceus at his PEAK (Using Omniscient). Arceus had used Raven's hands to make her practically a conceptual god of fertility and although she's not her value is still high. Her outlook? That's too R-18 for me. Pretty much her species push her to Multiversal.

Right, that's that, let's start this chapter. (Not like there's much to start)

Since it's out of character for some characters to shout out their move name #Move Name# is meant for you.

Palkia stares at the Froslass and Marshadow cautiously.

"Without Space what can you do?" Marshadow asks mockingly, yet still hasn't moved an inch waiting for Palkia to strike first.

"Indeed your Shadow Domain lacks Space, but have you forgotten what I'm?" Palkia said with a thought the Shadow Domain disperses. "Not even Arceus can separate Space from me,"

Knowing well, he shouldn't waste time further. Palkia made the first move.

#Compress#

The space surrounding them compressed together, slowly shrinking them within it. At the same time, Shadow Spears shoots forward wanting to pierce through Palkia. However not one of them managed to pierce make contact with him, dispersing on contact with the barrier around him.

*Slash*

Froslass decided to be the first to actually start this game, managing to slice off Palkia's tail with an Origin-boosted Shadow Claw.

"Don't allow him to transform," Froslass said.

"You aren't playing by the rules!" Palkia growled. One usually starts a short round of confrontation first before adding Origin energy to the mix.

"You still play by them?" Froslass asks dumbfounded, not forgetting to fire forth an Origin Blizzard at Palkia.

'I thought you did break out of that rules years ago, seeing as Giratina do enjoy bullying you and Dialga,' He recalled the words of his master, Mike.

But if he doesn't follow these rules who will? Dialga?

However, now he has to pay the price for following the rules. There's no doubt these 2 won't give him the chance to enter the game-breaking Palkia Origin form, they won't stand a chance if he does. However, if he forced to us Origin attacks like them this fight's going to stagnate for far longer than it should've.

Sadly, Palkia had no idea that the battle stagnating would be the least of his worries.

...

"DIE DIE DIE!!!" Glitch chants, her enemy isn't just Eve but trillions of Unowns.

From how things look, there's no doubt she'll be sealed and from how things look possibly even faster than the half an hour before the Universe Spirit fuses with its core.

This is why she hates Mews, these creatures are just as annoying as System.

[You called, Abomination?]

The battlefield she's on would've brought seizures to even the strongest of minds.

Flashes of lights, lights glitching to multiple colors, and the constant movement of rainbows everywhere. If this was being shown to a device many would quickly scan their devices for viruses.

Rules were constantly glitched, glitches were constantly debugged, and ERRORs were constantly cleansed. Most observers won't even know what's going on.

"Since you're here you better have had a plan!" Glitch shouts.

[You only need to stall, you'll be unsealed once this war's over... assuming we win]

"Even so, that b*tch has to die with me! How dare she interrupts Mike's desires!"

[Since rarely requires my aid in battle, System suppose there's no harm done helping you out]

"Hehe, seems like you just wanted a role to play to me,"

[...]

[Let's start with...]

Indeed, Glitch's thought speed is beyond op, but what's the point when all she's thinking about is Mike?

The aid of System had already made the barely breathable environment of Glitch, more manageable. Now all they need to do is play their cards right to win.

Assuming their cards get to be used in the first place.
