Dinner

Since it was so late I stayed in the spare room at Edith's house. I have clothes there so I won't be wearing the same thing. We were both tired so we went strait to bed.

The next morning we got up and got ready for work. As we walked down to the bakery I was lost in though over last night.

"Ellen are you okay?"

"Yes I'm fine, I was just thinking about last night. I had a wonderful time, it has been so long since I went to a party. And Mathew was so sweet. His parents were so sweet as well, it made me miss mine more but I remember how Christmas was mom's favorite time of the year so I had to have fun. I was amazed when he showed me how to dance. He asked me out on a date for this weekend. Then last night as he dropped us off he kissed me. It was great, but after I went to my room something weird happened. So I take it this means he doesn't have a girlfriend. I am just a bit amazed and in shock over the whole night."

"What is it that happened after the kiss? Why was it strange? Are you okay?"

"I'm fine but I have to wonder about my life. You know I can heal small issues. Well last night after the kiss in my room I started to glow. Or at least I think I did. I was very tired. And the heat that spread through me was odd. I would ask mom about this but since she's not here I have to ask you if that's okay. Is that normal after a kiss? I have never had a boyfriend so I don't know."

" Well I'm not sure, when I met my husband I would have hot flashes but we were very much in love. Do you think you are in love with Mathew?"

" I just met him, I will admit I'm attracted to him. The man is hot as hell after all. Hey I just thought about this I did not see any Christmas decorations last night. I know it's only the second of December but we are putting things up. And I put the decorations up at the house last month."

"Some people take their time decorating personally I love decorating. We can finish up after we get the special orders out this morning. As for the rest I don't know we will take it one step at a time.Now let's get to work."

After that we got to work. By noon we had all of the special orders out, then we stocked for the day. The day went by rather quickly, we finished the decorations and then I went home. After I showered I got ready to make my dinner. As I was pulling things out I got a phone call. I was surprised to hear Mathews voice on the other end of the line. We talked about the date this weekend. We decided to go to the movie and out to eat afterwards. Then I did something that shocked me, I asked Mathew to come to dinner tonight. He agreed and I told him to be here in an hour. Once I hung up with him I called Edith to find out if she had any idea as to what he liked to eat. Once she told me he liked steak or pasta she asked why so I told her I invited him to dinner. She got all excited and told me to call her after he left. I agreed and hung up the phone.

Since he grilled steak last night I decided to make pasta tonight. Once I was done cooking I set the table then I went to my room to change. About five minutes later the doorbell went off. I opened the door and there he was. He looked hot, he was dressed in a charcoal grey three piece suit that fit him like a second skin. His hair was pulled back in a ponytail and he smelled wonderful. I asked him to sit down while I finished the last minute things. While I was waiting for the garlic bread to toast we sat down and talked. He told me the house was beautiful. I asked him when he was going to decorate his place, he said I needed to come help him. After that the bread was done so we went and ate. While we ate we talked more getting to know each other better. We told each other about our hobbies and our special interests. Then we talked about our family's. I told him how my parents died and he felt sorry about it. After we ate he helped me do the dishes, then we went back into the front room and talked some more. At ten minutes to six an alarm went off and he made to go. When I asked if everything was okay he told me that wrestling would be on soon and he had to go. I told him he could stay and watch it with me if he wanted. After he agreed I went in and got my wrestling snack, then I turned on the t.v and waited for it to start. For the next two hours we watched wrestling and had snacks. We talked about classic wrestlers and how some of the new guys are stupid. After it ended he said he needed to get back since it was almost eleven. But before he could leave I leaned in and kissed him.

Once I started kissing him I felt him respond right away. Before I realized what was going on I was sitting on his lap. My hands were tunneling though his hair and our tongues were fighting for dominance. I feel his hands slide down to my hips then circle around my back. As my hands travel down his chest I start opening the buttons on his shirt. By the time I get the third one open I feel his pocket vibrate. That brings me back to my senses. I pull back from him and apologize. for trying to strip him. As his phone goes off again he tells me to hang on and he answers his phone. After a minute he hangs up and says he has to go. He leans down and kisses me one more time before grabbing his jacket and rushing out the door.
